1、 Product Overview
ZS-110B concrete curing agent is an inorganic compound curing agent for agricultural production system. Its main film-forming substances are water-soluble silicate and synthetic resin emulsion. The curing agent uses water as the dispersion medium, which is harmless, non combustible and convenient to use. When this curing agent is sprayed on the surface of the newly formed cement concrete, the synthetic resin emulsion and water-soluble silicate form a film together to form a waterproof sealing film layer, which keeps the concrete wet and achieves the purpose of curing. Appearance: colorless transparent liquid.
2、 Product performance
This curing agent forms a layer of sealing film after being sprayed on the surface of the newly poured concrete to increase its strength under good conditions, while avoiding premature drying of the concrete surface and reducing concrete shrinkage and cracking. The application results show that the sealing film curing can achieve the same effect as the manual curing tool, and 1 ton of curing agent can save more than 2000 tons of water.
3、 Technical performance
1. It is suitable for curing concrete under dry, waterless, hot and windy climate conditions.
2. It is suitable for large area exposed concrete, such as airport runway, highway pavement, dam, channel lining, tunnel, pipeline, chimney, cooling tower, buildings, etc.
3. It is applicable to various concrete panels and indoor concrete floors that are difficult to be watered and cured.
4、 Application method and dosage
1. Use a simple gunite pump (agricultural sprayer or hand pump, etc.) to spray for 1-2 times until the concrete surface is uniform.
2. Spraying time: in order to prevent early water loss on the concrete surface, spraying can be carried out after the newly poured concrete surface is pressed and there is no free water left.
3. Film forming time: the sealing film is formed within 30 minutes after spraying, and will not be damaged when exposed to wind, sun, etc. This film can maintain the concrete for a long time.
4. Dosage: 6~8 square meters of concrete surface can be sprayed per kg of curing agent.
5、 Precautions:
When the concrete specimen coated with curing agent is under pressure, its pressure surface shall be carefully ground to a new concrete surface. Otherwise, the compressive strength of the test piece will be affected.
6、 Packaging and storage:
1. ZS-110B concrete curing agent is packed in 25kg iron drum (or packed according to customer requirements)
2. Storage: It can be stored for a long time at a temperature of 5-40 ℃.
