Electromagnetic heating is mainly used in preheating before welding, heat preservation between welding layers, hydrogen removal and stress removal after welding. Compared with the commonly used electric wire heating, flame heating and combustion furnace heating methods, it has the advantages of energy saving, rapid heating, uniformity, safety (non-contact), and easy automation.
Heating principle: use the alternating current in the coil to generate an alternating magnetic field, so that the induction current can be generated in the workpiece, and the workpiece can be heated by the induction current.

Product advantages:
(1) Fast heating speed: much faster than the traditional heating speed, reducing the heating cycle, for example, it only takes 10 minutes to heat from normal temperature to 300 ℃.
(2) Accurate temperature control: the heating speed is controlled by the current in the heating cable, which eliminates the thermal inertia of other heating methods due to the high temperature of the heating device itself, and improves the control accuracy. The actual temperature is almost the same as the set temperature, and the heat treatment process curve is almost coincident with the theoretical process curve.

(5) The heating is uniform and the temperature difference between the inner and outer walls is small: the heat generated by induction is conducted inside the workpiece, the surface temperature of the workpiece will not exceed the set temperature, and the temperature of the inner and outer walls of the workpiece will be greatly reduced.
