[Product Introduction]
"Yuhong" brand PMC-101 universal waterproof mortar (flexible type) is based on high-quality Acrylic acid Ester and other polymer emulsions and cement As the main raw material, it is a two-component water-based building waterproof material prepared by adding other additives. The two components are stirred on the site to form a uniform and delicate slurry, which is brushed on the surface of the substrate. After curing, it can form a flexible and highly waterproof film. The product has the characteristics of "hardness meets flexibility", which not only has the extensibility and waterproof of polymer coating film, but also has the advantages of high strength, good water resistance and easy bonding with wet base course of hydraulic cementing material.

[Key points for use]
Base course: the base course shall be hard and free of floating dust. All internal and external corners, pipe roots and other two sides of the junction should be made into a circular arc, the diameter of the internal corner should be greater than 50mm, and the diameter of the external corner should be greater than 10mm.
Waterproof layer: it can be separately made into film waterproof. When one layer of defense is set, the toilet shall not be less than 1.5mm, and the underground works shall not be less than 2.0mm.
[Key points of construction]
Base course treatment: the base course shall be flat, solid, clean, free of oil stains and open water, and the internal and external corners shall be circular, the diameter of the internal corner shall be greater than 50 mm, and the diameter of the external corner shall be greater than 10 mm. The oil stain must be removed, and the concave and damaged parts shall be leveled.
mixed ingredients:
Proportioning ratio: liquid material: powder material: water ＝ 10:25: (0~1), the amount of water added can be properly adjusted within the specified range to adjust the viscosity of the paint to meet the construction requirements of different parts of the facade and plane.
Method of batching: First pour liquid materials and water into the mixing bucket, and then slowly add powder materials under continuous mixing with a hand-held mixer (preferably without manual mixing), stirring for at least 5 minutes, and fully mixing evenly, in a slurry form without lumps.
Additional waterproof layer for details: according to the design requirements, seal materials shall be embedded in the reserved groove, and PMC-101 shall be applied (2-4) times more on the internal and external corners, pipe roots and other details, and a layer of matrix reinforcement material shall be sandwiched for underground works.
Large area waterproof construction: it is advisable to paint in three layers. The next layer can be painted only after the film of each layer is completely dry. The direction of the next layer is perpendicular to the direction of the previous layer. The amount of paint used in each layer is about 0.5~1.0kg/m2. The interval of each coating is generally 4 hours, which should be extended in winter. The thickness of each coating should be 0.4~0.5mm, and it is not advisable to over thickness one time. It is advisable to add no or less water for facade construction to avoid the flowing of paint, which will make the facade thickness difficult to reach the design thickness, and at the same time, lead to the accumulation of material at the internal and external corners being too thick, resulting in cracks.
After the membrane waterproof layer is completed and accepted, the protective layer or finishing layer shall be constructed.
[Reference dosage]
Each mm thick film requires about 2.3kg/m2 of product.
[Precautions]
The air temperature must be higher than 5 ℃ during construction. It is not suitable for outdoor construction in rainy days, and it is not suitable for construction when there is open water at the base course.
The prepared mixture shall be used within 3 hours.
Liquid or powder components that are not used up after opening shall be sealed for storage and used as soon as possible.
The thickness of each construction shall not exceed 1mm. If the coating is too thick at one time, the coating film is easy to crack.
During the facade construction, it is better to add no or less water to avoid the paint flowing, which will make the facade thickness difficult to reach the design thickness, and at the same time, lead to the accumulation of material at the internal and external corners being too thick, resulting in cracks.
The waterproof coating film shall be completely dry before the construction of the finishing layer.
[Packaging, transportation and storage]
The powder and liquid components of the product shall be separately packed in plastic bags before being put into plastic barrels.
The transportation shall be in accordance with the requirements for non dangerous goods. During transportation, prevent rain, exposure, extrusion, collision and inversion, and keep the package intact. During transportation, the ambient temperature shall not be lower than 0 ℃, otherwise, insulation measures shall be taken.
The liquid components of the product should be sealed and stored in a cool place above 5 ℃, and the storage temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃; The powder must be stored in a dry place.
Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the storage period of the product is one year.
