Construction Technology of Octagonal Inflatable Rubber Core Mold
1. Molding
(1) Before the core mold is put into the mold, the air must be inflated on the ground to check whether the core mold is damaged and leaked during the last construction, so as to ensure that the core mold pulled in is in good condition, so as to avoid potential quality hazards in the process of pouring concrete.
(2) After the concrete pouring at the bottom of the plate beam is completed, the octagonal inflatable rubber core mold is pulled by the rope into the reinforcement cage. (4) The length of the octagonal inflatable rubber core mold is 50cm longer than the plate beam, and the two ends are 25cm long respectively. 2. Fixation of octagonal inflatable rubber core mold
In order to ensure that the protective layer of the plate beam reinforcement and the size of the plate beam cavity meet the design and specification requirements, and avoid the inflatable core mold floating up during the concrete pouring process, the positioning hoop reinforcement is used for fixation, with a spacing of 50cm. The positioning reinforcement is firmly welded with the plate beam reinforcement, and the inner diameter of the positioning steel reinforcement is the same as the size of the cavity.
3. Inflation of octagonal inflatable rubber core mold
(1) After the inflatable core mold is in place, open the air inlet valve , using Air compressor inflation. For inflation Pressure gauge Control and monitor the air pressure. The inflation pressure of the core mold is determined according to the model. When the air pressure reaches the service pressure, close the air valve and stop inflation.
(2) Pay attention not to overpressure when filling the core mold.
(3) The octagonal inflatable rubber core mold shall be tested for inflation before the first use, and the sufficient time for each set to reach the service pressure shall be measured. According to the field test, 6m3/min air compressor is used for inflation. The inflation time of each set of core mold is 15~20min, and the inflation pressure is required to be 0.02MPa. The time required is short, which has little impact on the formation of concrete construction joints.
4. Concrete pouring
(1) Because of the high grade concrete used in this project, retarder is added into the concrete, and the initial setting time is up to 8h, so that there is sufficient time to complete the process of erecting the core formwork, binding the negative reinforcement of the plate beam and other processes before the initial setting of the concrete at the lower part of the plate beam.
(2) When pouring the concrete on both sides of the core mold, pay attention to the symmetrical vibration from both sides to prevent the core mold from moving left and right. Do not touch the core mold during vibration to avoid damage.
5. Remove the octagonal inflatable rubber core mold
(1) After the final setting of concrete, open the valve to vent, and then the core mold can be extracted from the plate beam.
(2) The extraction time of the inflatable core mold depends on the water cement ratio, cement grade and ambient temperature. During construction, it is necessary to observe at any time and extract the octagonal inflatable rubber core mold at the right time. If the time is too early, the upper concrete will sink, resulting in concrete quality defects. If the time is too late, it is not easy to pull out, and the core mold will be damaged.
