Mold silica gel Product use:
F625 mold silica gel (handicraft silica gel, ceramic mold turnover silica gel), with moderate hardness, is used to make split mold or chip mold, mainly for small and medium-sized handicrafts. The size of handicrafts is about 50cm, which can be used for the production of fine pattern products. The advantages are good tension, good tear strength, high temperature resistance, many times of mold turnover, reusable, and the shrinkage rate is not more than two thousandths.
Features of silicone mold products:
Mold silica gel (craft silica gel, ceramic mold inversion silica gel) has good fluidity and good operability. Add 2% - 3% curing agent at room temperature, and it can be operated within 30 minutes. It will be formed after 2-5 hours. It has the advantages of no deformation, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and no expansion.

Instructions for use of mold silica gel:
F625 # mold silica gel (handicraft silica gel, ceramic mold turnover silica gel) is a white or red flowing liquid, and the hardness of general products after curing is 25 ± 2A °. If the customer needs to do large products, such as opening the parting mold, they should use the mold silica gel with high hardness to do the mold; On the contrary, complex patterns and fine and tiny molds, such as wrapping mold, must be made with soft mold silica gel. The addition amount of curing agent can be determined according to the actual requirements of customers, which require rapid drying and rapid mold removal, and more curing agent should be added accordingly. On the contrary, if it is necessary to demould slowly, a little less curing agent should be added (but the amount of curing agent added should not exceed 5%).
(Note: The company does not advocate adding silicone oil to its products. For special soft silicone molds or those with complex patterns and accurate and fine patterns, 5% - 10% silicone oil can be added to adjust the flexibility of silicone molds for demoulding.)
The reaction of curing agent and silica gel is as follows:
1. When the dosage of curing agent is 1%, the gel will flow in 2.5 hours and demould in 6-8 hours.
2. When the dosage of curing agent is 2%, the colloid will still flow within 50 minutes to 1 hour, and the mold can be demoulded within 2-3 hours.
3. When the dosage of curing agent is 3%, the colloid will flow for 28-30 minutes, and demoulding can be carried out after 1.5-2 hours.
4. When the dosage of curing agent is 4%, the colloid will flow again in 10-15 minutes, and demoulding can be carried out in 1-1.5 hours.
