According to the building Deformation joint device There are four categories of application parts of
1. Floor deformation joint;
2. Deformation joint of exterior wall;
3. Deformation joint of inner wall and ceiling;
4. Roof deformation joint.
II. According to the structural characteristics on both sides of the deformation joint, there are two models:
1. Plane type: the installation structural planes on both sides of the deformation joint are on the same plane.
2. Corner type: the installation structural planes on both sides of the deformation joint are perpendicular to each other.
III. According to the structural characteristics of deformation joint devices, they can be divided into six types:
1. Metal cover plate type: aluminium alloy Base, aluminum alloy center cover plate (or stainless steel plate , Yellow Copperplate ), stainless steel sliding rod. The cover plate and the base fixed on both sides of the deformation joint are connected by stainless steel sliding bars to ensure that the metal cover plate remains at the center of the re joint when the base is displaced due to the deformation of the main structure. It has the characteristics of flat combination with the decoration layer. Applicable to 50~500mm joint width.
2. Metal lock type: It is composed of aluminum alloy base, aluminum alloy side cover plate and aluminum alloy central sliding plate. The central sliding plate is clamped between the side cover plate and the aluminum alloy base, which is clean in appearance and easy to install. Applicable to 50~200mm seam width.
3. Double row flush type: composed of aluminum alloy base, aluminum alloy center plate, stainless steel sliding rod and rubber strip. The aluminum alloy center plate is grooved and can be embedded Stone , floor tiles, carpets and other decorative materials, suitable for floors with high cleanliness requirements. Applicable to 100~300 seam width.
4. Single row flush type: composed of aluminum alloy base and rubber strip. After installation, the joint with the decoration layer shall be flat and tight. Applicable to 50mm joint width.
5. Load bearing type: increase the thickness of cover plate to improve the bearing capacity. Generally, it can meet the requirements of passing 3t vehicles, or it can be customized by the manufacturer according to the design load.
6. Seismic type: It is composed of aluminum alloy base, center cover plate, rubber strip, sliding bar and seismic spring. When an earthquake occurs, the sliding bar with anti-seismic spring deforms after being stressed, which can make the central cover plate rise along the base frame to protect the building structures on both sides of the deformation joint from damage. After the stress is removed, the central cover plate will automatically return to its original state. It can withstand multi-directional displacement, with flat joints, good decorative effect and other characteristics. Applicable to 75~500mm joint width.
