II Requirements of art floor construction on base concrete construction:
1. The strength of base concrete shall be ≥ C20, its water cement ratio shall be as small as possible, and the tamping shall not contain early strength agent.
2. The particle size of the larger crushed aggregate in the concrete should be ≤ 30mm, and the smaller thickness of the foundation concrete must be ≥ 50mm.
3. The slump of concrete shall be controlled within 3-4cm, and that of commercial concrete shall be controlled within 12-14cm
4. Gravel and plain soil foundation must be compacted or tamped by a roller.
Use for vibrating concrete below 5.10cm Flat Immersion vibrating operation shall be used for concrete with a diameter of more than 10cm.
6. Use a heavy steel long roller (the steel roller should be more than 0.3m wider than the formwork) to roll the platform repeatedly to make the platform level. 7. After the completion of concrete floor level, bleeding treatment shall be carried out.
8. It is required that the gradation of the bottom layer concrete is C25 or C20, and the upper layer concrete is C30 or C25 mortar Fine aggregate concrete, with a total thickness of 10-30cm
III Construction steps of artistic floor:
1. Roughening treatment of concrete surface: add 1cm cement slurry before initial setting of concrete surface and use manual iron plate to evenly level the cement mortar on concrete surface and roughen the surface.
2. Spreading hardening materials: evenly spread 2/3 of the specified amount of hardener molding floor on the concrete surface at the initial setting stage. After the hardening materials are soaked by water, use the manual iron plate for leveling and leveling to complete the previous operation. After the hardening materials have reached a certain initial setting stage, carry out the second 1/3 material spreading, polishing and leveling operation.
3. Leveling, polishing and hardening materials: according to the hardening condition of concrete, at least three times of manual polishing and leveling of iron plate shall be carried out, and the polishing operations shall be staggered.
4. Spreading of release powder: evenly spread a layer of release powder matching the hardening material at a certain initial setting stage when the surface is dry without obvious moisture.
5. Use the mold to press the pattern, and keep the mold fixed and flat. The pressed pattern should be shaped at one time and cannot be pressed again.
6. Realize various design styles, textures and colors, and can also design with multiple colors interactively.
IV Post maintenance and requirements of art floor:
1. The construction of hardened molding floor materials is generally carried out outdoors, which should be prevented in rainy days and windy days. The construction ambient temperature is generally above 5 ℃ per day.
2. Flushing the floor surface: the surface can be cleaned with water or detergent at least 3-4 days after the hardened molding floor is completely dry and solidified. The cleaning surface must ensure that the cleaning degree of the entire floor is consistent, otherwise the color of the floor will be different.
3. Applying sealant: after the surface of the cleaned and hardened molding floor is completely dry and free of moisture for at least one day, the liquid brightener can be applied to maintain and enhance the brightness, so as to make the surface of the artistic molding floor anti pollution and anti slip and strengthen again. After the completion of the art molding floor, in addition to good decoration, its physical performance is also very stable.
4. During the maintenance stage of the artistic molding floor, it is necessary to prevent personnel from entering and leaving at will or carrying out construction operations of other projects.
