two . Structure characteristics and working principle
2.1 The starter is controlled by the flameproof shell, AC vacuum contactor installed in the shell, disconnector, control button transformer , JDB protector, fuse, overvoltage protection and other components.
The starter shell is cylindrical, with a protruding bottom and cover. The shell cover and shell body adopt a rotary cover lip type structure, and the upper part of the shell is equipped with a junction box for lead-in and lead-out Cable Yes, the right side of the shell is equipped with a handle for operating the disconnector and a local control button, and a reliable mechanical interlock device is provided, which ensures that the shell cover cannot be opened when the disconnector is closed. Only when the stop button is pressed, the main circuit is disconnected, and the handle of the disconnector is pulled to the "off" position, can the interlocking rod be exited with a special tool and the housing cover be opened.

2.8 Circuit diagram and working principle of starter.
2.8.1 The electrical schematic diagram of the starter is shown in Figure 1.
2.8.2 Operating principle of starter:
2.8.2.1 Turn on the reversing switch QS, the step-down transformer has 36V AC output, the ground leakage detection circuit in the motor integrated protection JDB detects the load, the insulation meets the requirements, and the normally open contacts 4 and 3 of the relay are closed, so as to prepare for power supply to the control line.
2.8.2.2 Press the start button QA, the contactor KM will pull in, and the main contact of the contactor will pull in.
The contactor coil turns to low current maintenance. At the same time, the parallel connection points at both ends of the starter button are closed to ensure QA self protection.
2.8.2.4 After pressing the stop button TA, the contactor coil is powered off and KM is disconnected.
2.8.2.5 When the motor is started or in the process of operation, overload, short circuit, phase failure, JDB normally open contact is broken, and the contactor is released.
2.8.2.6 Before each start, JDB leakage detection circuit conducts ground leakage detection on the load. When the insulation resistance of the main circuit to the ground does not meet the requirements, JDB normally open contact cannot be pulled in, making the contactor cannot be pulled in.
2.8.2.7 If it is necessary to change the direction of the motor, the contactor shall be disconnected first, and then the GHK handle shall be turned to change the phase sequence.
