Waterproof principle:

Key points of construction:
1. Base course cleaning and wetting: use brooms, shovels and other tools to clean the dust and debris on the surface of the base course. The dry base course needs to be watered in advance, but no residual water is allowed.
2. 4. Waterproof layer large surface coiled material paving: remove the isolation material on the lower surface of the waterproof coiled material, and lay the coiled material on the polymer cement-based elastic waterproof coating or cement mortar. The coiled materials and adjacent coiled materials shall be laid by parallel lapping (generally, butt joint is not suitable). The lap joint width shall not be less than 60mm.
5. Grout lifting and exhaust: beat the upper surface of the coiled material with a wooden trowel or rubber plate to exhaust the air below the coiled material, so that the coiled material can be closely bonded with the polymer cement-based elastic waterproof coating or cement mortar.
6. Curing: The coiled material shall be cured for 48 hours after paving (the specific time depends on the ambient temperature, generally, the higher the temperature, the shorter the time required).
7. Coiled material lap joint and sealing treatment: self-adhesive sealing strip can be used to cover the butt joint. During operation, first remove the isolation film (or silicone oil isolation paper) on the surface of the lap joint of the coiled material, and then paste the self-adhesive sealing strip. If the lap joint is polluted, it needs to be cleaned first.
