Use Properties
 1. Rated voltage U zero /U is 450/750V.
　　2、 Cable Allowable long-term operating temperature of conductor:
Polychloride ethylene ( PVC ）70 ℃, 90 ℃ and 105 ℃ for insulated cable (depending on the temperature resistance grade after the model)
90 ℃ for low smoke and low halogen flame retardant cable.
Low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable is 90 ℃.
3. The laying temperature of the cable shall not be lower than 0 ℃, and it shall be heated in advance when it is lower than the lower allowable temperature.
4. Recommended allowable bending radius:
For the cable without armor layer, it shall not be less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable;
The cable with armored or steel tape shield structure shall not be less than 12 times of the outer diameter of the cable;
The flexible cable with shielding layer structure shall not be less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable.
5. Fire resistance characteristics of cables:
The flame retardant cable can withstand the bunched (Class B) combustion test specified in GB/T18380.3 (IEC60332-3).
The fire-resistant cable can withstand the fire resistance test specified in GB/T12666.6 (IEC60331): the cable can maintain normal operation for 90 minutes under rated voltage of 450/750V and flame combustion at 750-800 ℃ (Class B) or 950-1000 ℃ (Class A).
6. Combustion characteristics of cables:
The smoke concentration of low smoke and low halogen flame retardant cable during combustion shall comply with the provisions of GB/T17650 (IEC61034), and the HCL content in the gas released from combustion shall be ≤ 100mg/g in accordance with the requirements of GB/T17651 (IEC60754-1).
The smoke concentration of low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable during combustion shall comply with the provisions of GB/T17650 (IEC61034), the PH value of gas aqueous solution released from combustion shall be ≥ 4.3, and the conductivity shall be ≤ 10 μ S/m, which shall comply with the requirements of GB/T17651 (IEC60754-2).
