Usage of BFC8120
1. First, determine the installation position and mode of the lamps according to the actual needs of the work site, and then Power Supply Prepare three core cables with corresponding length of Φ 8~Φ 14 mm for the contact distance.
2. Open the set screw on the side of the lamp upper cover, loosen the compression nut of the lamp cable inlet, open the upper cover, lead the power cable through the compression nut to the internal wiring terminal, connect and fix it as shown in the figure, and then tighten the cable compression nut and the lamp upper cover.
3. When replacing the bulb, unscrew the hexagon socket set screw fixing the lamp ring, unscrew the lamp ring and transparent component with the lamp body, replace the new bulb, and install the lamp in the opposite direction.
matters needing attention
1. When installing and maintaining lamps, the power must be disconnected first.
2. Non professionals are not allowed to disassemble the lamps at will.
3. When in use, the lamp surface has a certain temperature rise, which is normal; The center temperature of transparent parts is high, and they should not be touched.
4. When changing bulbs, bulbs of the same type and power shall be used; If the bulb type or power is changed, the matching ballast shall be replaced accordingly.
