2、 Technical structure of furnace
The gas trolley furnace is mainly composed of furnace body (including furnace lining), furnace door, trolley, combustion system, pipeline system, smoke exhaust and air preheating system, furnace pressure control system, sealing system, temperature control system, start emergency signal and interlock system, etc.

The furnace frame is formed by welding channel steel and I-beam steel. On the basis of fully considering the overall strength of the furnace, the deflection and deformation of the frame structure, it should be as light as possible to make the furnace frame light and reliable.
The outer wall of the furnace is made of 4mm Q23 high steel plate. Channel steel is used between columns and between the top of columns to form a grid structure, which is solid, firm, reliable and durable. The weld shall be even and flat, free of pores, slag inclusion, cracks, lack of fusion and other defects, and the appearance shall be straight and smooth, without wrinkles and unevenness.
All steel structure parts shall be sandblasted and coated with two coats of antirust paint before welding, and the finishing paint shall be silicon heat-resistant paint of agricultural production system.
The hot surface of the furnace mouth panel is made of RQTSi-5 heat-resistant ductile casting in blocks to reduce the thermal deformation of the furnace mouth.
The bottom of the furnace body is equipped with a heat resistant nodular cast iron RQTSi-5 sealing groove, which is used together with the sealing knife on the trolley.
Operation and maintenance platforms and ladders shall be set up around the furnace and in various operation and maintenance areas on the furnace top as required. Platforms, passageways and ladders are equipped with safety railings. The platform and channel are respectively composed of profile steel and checkered steel plate according to different parts.
The furnace lining is made of 1260 standard ceramic refractory fiber with excellent heat insulation and heat preservation performance produced by Shandong Luyang Co., Ltd. by vacuum wire spinning method, and the temperature resistance can reach more than 1200 ℃. After special construction, the furnace lining is formed into a module, and the fiber is fixed with the external steel plate through heat resistant steel. Later, it will be assembled into furnace lining. The volume weight of ceramic fiber module after compression is~230kg/m3, and the fiber compression amount is ≥ 40%. The furnace body with full fiber large plate structure weighs only 1/10 of the refractory brick furnace body, and can save 20~25% energy.
