Features and functions
The cabinet closing structure can be divided into cabinet body and handcart according to composition. The cabinet is equipped with a new type of fully insulated vacuum circuit breaker or imported sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker. The cabinet body adopts the assembly structure to improve the matching accuracy between the handcart and the cabinet body. The main circuit adopts insulated bus, and the interphase and connector are equipped with insulating sleeves made of flame-retardant materials. The main bus is a break bus, and adjacent cabinets are separated by bus sleeves, which can effectively prevent the spread of accidents and play an auxiliary role in supporting the main bus.
The cable room is equipped with current transformers, grounding switches, etc., and the ample space is convenient for the connection of multiple cables.
A metal valve is installed in front of the contact box. The upper and lower valves open automatically when the handcart moves from the disconnection/test position to the working position, and close automatically when the handcart moves in the opposite direction, forming effective isolation.
The interlocking between the main switch, handcart, grounding switch and cabinet door adopts the mandatory mechanical locking mode to meet the "five prevention" function.
