2. Installation of embedded parts (post embedded parts)

3. Setting out and positioning:

Therefore, before the installation of the column, the setting out shall be carried out again to determine the accuracy of the position of the embedded plate and the welding pole. 4. Install column
The columns shall be installed horizontally and vertically. The columns on both sides shall be installed first, and the middle columns shall be installed based on the columns on both sides. Two main points shall be noted: 1. The height of columns shall be uniform; 2. The front, rear, left and right of the column shall be horizontal and vertical; When welding the column, two people should cooperate. One should hold the steel pipe to keep it vertical and not shake during welding. The other should weld around and meet the welding specifications.
5. Handrail and column connection
Before installation, the column shall be set out by stretching the line, and the groove shall be machined on its upper end according to the inclination angle of the site and the roundness of the handrail used. Then put the handrail directly into the column groove and install it by spot welding from one end to the other. The adjacent handrails are installed with accurate butt joints and tight joints. After the adjacent steel pipes are connected, the joints shall be welded with stainless steel electrodes. Before welding, the oil stain, burr, rust spot, etc. within the range of 30~50mm along each side of the weld must be removed.
6. Grinding and polishing
After all welding is completed, the weld shall be leveled and sanded with a portable grinder until no weld is visible. When polishing, use flannelette grinding wheel or felt for polishing, and use corresponding polishing paste at the same time, until it is basically consistent with the adjacent base metal, and no weld is visible
