The surface sanding treatment agent is simple to use, and can be divided into two kinds of oily liquids: colored and colorless transparent. It can chemically react with calcium and magnesium ions in concrete to form a compact entity with abrasion resistance and dust prevention. When polyamide epoxy resin is used properly, the concrete becomes wear-resistant and resistant to chemical penetration. Use method of ground sanding agent:

If there is smooth residue on the surface, it means that it is not cleaned completely and needs further cleaning

2 If the residual and unresponsive concrete sealing curing agent is not completely cleaned, the cement surface will appear white. Clean the unresponsive residual material immediately or polish the ground with water

Advantages of ground sanding treatment agent

Drying time: 2 to 4 hours. The drying speed of the concrete sealing curing agent on the new ground is fast. The drying time on the old ground is relatively prolonged, at least 4 hours. It is recommended to use 12 hours

Cleaning: It is easy to clean the concrete sealing curing agent when it is wet. Do not let the concrete sealing curing agent dry, or it will be difficult to clean

Note: Do not use it when the temperature is no more than 5 ℃ or no less than 57 ℃, and store it in a cool place

1 Old floor renovation:

For ordinary cement floor, including floor sanding, unevenness, cracks, oil stains, stains, strong acid and alkali corrosion and other floor conditions, various treatment and renovation can be carried out.

2 Floor treatment for oil pollution:

1 Remove the floating dirt with a blade;

2 Wipe the oil stain with special deoiling agent, degrease and deoil it for 2-5 consecutive times;

3 After one day, decontamination shall be carried out again;

3. Construction treatment for cracks in cement floor:

1 First, polish the cement floor with a polishing machine;

2. Remove the hollowed surface of the cement floor with a shovel axe;

3. Use high cement or epoxy mortar to repair and straighten the cracks on the floor with holes;

4 Construction shall be carried out as per normal resin coating.

4. Treatment for construction of cement floor with holes:

1 First, polish the cement floor with a polishing machine;

2. Remove the hollowed surface of the cement floor with a shovel axe;
