Material: 304, 304L, 321, 316, 316L, 310S, 630
Common materials are 201, 202, 301, 304, 303, 316, 316L, 304L, 321, 2520, 1Cr13, 2Cr13, 3Cr13, dual phase steel, balance colony steel and other materials! Etc. The specification is expressed by diameter. For example, "50" means round steel with a diameter of 50mm. Round steel is divided into hot rolling, forging and cold drawing. The specification of hot-rolled round steel is 5.5-250mm.

5. Production process editing Stainless steel bars can be divided into hot rolling, forging and cold drawing according to production process. The specification of hot-rolled stainless steel round steel is 5.5-250mm. Among them: 5.5-25mm small stainless steel round steel is mostly supplied in bundles of straight bars, which are often used as reinforcement, bolts and various mechanical parts; Stainless steel round steel larger than 25mm is mainly used for manufacturing machine parts or seamless steel tube blanks.

200 Series - Chromium Nickel Manganese Austenitic Stainless Steel
300 Series - Chromium Nickel Austenitic Stainless Steel
301 - Good ductility, used for molding products. It can also be hardened by machine speed. Good weldability. Wear resistance and fatigue strength are better than 304 stainless steel.
302 - The corrosion resistance is the same as 304, and the strength is better due to the relatively high carbon content.
303 - It is processed by adding a small amount of sulfur and phosphorus.
304 - 18/8 stainless steel. GB grade is 06Cr19Ni10.
309 - It has better temperature resistance than 304.
316 - After 304, the second widely used steel is mainly used in food industry and surgical equipment. Molybdenum is added to obtain a special corrosion resistant structure. Because it has better chloride corrosion resistance than 304, it is also used as "marine steel". SS316 is usually used in nuclear fuel recovery devices. Grade 18/10 stainless steel generally also meets this application grade. [1]
Model 321 - Other properties are similar to 304 except that the addition of titanium reduces the risk of corrosion of material welds.
400 Series - Ferritic and Martensitic Stainless Steels
408 - good heat resistance, weak corrosion resistance, 11% Cr, 8% Ni.
409 - cheaper model (British and American), usually used as automobile exhaust pipe, which belongs to ferritic stainless steel (chromium steel).
410 martensite (high chromium steel), good wear resistance, poor corrosion resistance.
416 - The addition of sulfur improves the processability of the material.
420 - "Cutting tool grade" martensitic steel, similar to the earlier stainless steel of Brinell high chromium steel. It is also used for surgical knife, which can be made very bright.
430 - Ferritic stainless steel, used for decoration, such as automobile accessories. Good formability, but poor temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
440 - High degree cutting tool steel, with slightly higher carbon content, can obtain higher yield strength after proper heat treatment, and its hardness can reach 58HRC, which is one of the harder stainless steels. A common application example is "razor blade". There are three common models: 440A, 440B, 440C, and 440F (easy to process).
500 series - heat-resistant chromium alloy steel.
Series 600 - Martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel.
630 - the commonly used precipitation hardening stainless steel model, usually called 17-4; 17%Cr，4%Ni。

This standard specifies the size, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging marks and quality certificates of stainless steel bars (round steel, square steel, flat steel, hexagonal steel and octagonal steel, hereinafter referred to as steel bars).
This standard is applicable to hot-rolled and forged stainless steel bars with dimensions (diameter, side length, thickness or distance from opposite sides, hereinafter referred to as dimensions) not greater than 250mm. Hot rolled and forged stainless steel bars with dimensions greater than 250mm can also be supplied through negotiation between the supplier and the demander.
