Construction and precautions:
1、 Attention shall be paid to plate selection and arrangement before construction to avoid slight color difference The polyester fiber sound-absorbing decorative board is made of high standard polyester fiber and formed by hot pressing at high temperature. Because colored silk is easy to produce under the action of light Produce slight color difference; Therefore, try to use polyester fiber sound-absorbing boards produced in the same batch number when purchasing. Before construction, arrange the polyester fiber sound-absorbing boards, adjust the color difference, and then install them in the adjusted order (wear gloves to avoid pollution).
2、 Steel guiding rule should be used for cutting When cutting plates, it is recommended to use a steel ruler or alloy square steel as a guiding rule (do not use wood strip like soft materials as a guiding rule) to avoid too large or distorted splicing gap caused by the uneven cutting line.
In order to reduce the splicing gap relatively, the blade can be properly tilted inward for 0.5~1mm during cutting to form a slope on the interface surface. During construction, butt joint on the plate surface to reduce the gap.
3、 Imported blade is recommended for chamfering and cutting
Due to the production process and steel quality of domestic art blade, the blade is not sharp enough and has a short service life. It is easy to produce rough edges and rough surfaces when cutting and chamfering, especially when chamfering. Therefore, it is recommended to use high-quality imported blades.
This product can be used for edge chamfering.
4、 Base treatment The base surface shall be flat and free of other stains. When the cement base surface is directly pasted, the base surface shall be first vibrated flat, and then pasted with polyester fiber sound-absorbing board; When making the base course of the rear cavity, first paste the plywood splicing gap with adhesive tape (or adhesive tape). In case of perforated plate base course, the holes shall be treated before the perforated plate installation (inner side film pasting and other methods can be used). In order to avoid air flow under the base layer and dirt.
5、 Selection of pasting glue
Use glue that meets the national environmental protection requirements.
Different types of adhesives can be selected according to different bonding base planes.
1. Cement or wood base surface: benzene free multifunctional glue or white latex made of neoprene shall be selected.
2. Base surface of paper faced gypsum board: white latex or cellulose based wallpaper adhesive can be selected on the premise that it is not easy to get damp (nail shall be used immediately after gluing to prevent the board from moving due to wet glue), and multi-functional adhesive can be selected on the premise that it is easy or likely to get damp.
Note: polyester fiber sound-absorbing board is a porous board, which is easy to absorb glue and block holes. It is recommended to apply glue on one side during construction (only when applying glue on the wall, the amount of glue is slightly thicker than normal). It can also be reinforced with corrugated nails.
6、 Internal and external corner treatment The polyester fiber sound-absorbing board can be treated for internal and external corners in the same way as the aluminum plastic board (the construction flow chart is attached in the column of technical support)
