Dehydration equipment
close Principle: The main part of the dehydration equipment is the liner, which is surrounded by holes. Clothes to be dehydrated are placed in the liner. The motor drives the liner to rotate at high speed through the belt. Therefore, a great centrifugal force is generated, and the water is thrown out through the small holes on the tank, collected and discharged uniformly. Dehydration equipment can generally be used for the dewatering process of clothes, textiles, crops and other items. Structure: the dehydrator is a three legged suspended type, the shell and top cover are made of steel plate, the site material is cast iron, the outlet pipe is below the site, and the foot base and foot support are made of cast iron. Independent motor is used to drive through V-belt, and centrifugal starting flange is installed to make the machine start slowly. Disadvantages: Generally speaking, for wet clothes, the drying effect achieved by the dehydration equipment working for two minutes is almost the same as that achieved by the dryer working for 20 minutes, but the dehydration equipment cannot completely dry clothes. Therefore, one way to save time and energy is to dehydrate wet clothes first, and then dry them after dehydration.
