Sauna room
close The family sauna room includes a dry steam room and a wet steam room, but the sauna room usually refers to a dry steam room, while the steam room is a wet steam room. Dry steaming: The sauna room is generally made of wood, which uses electric heating equipment (carbon crystal heating plate, ceramic heating tube, etc.) to directly heat the electric energy, which will release heat to raise the temperature in the room and make people sweat. The temperature of dry steaming is higher than that of wet steaming, and the maximum temperature can reach about 100 ℃. Dry steaming is especially suitable for rheumatic patients because it does not contain water. At the same time, there is no smell of steam. It will be more comfortable to steam your nose and not suffocate your breath. However, the skin will be dry after steaming, so drink more water before and during dry steaming. Wet steaming: a steam pot boils water to produce steam, which is then ejected through a pipe. The steam produced has sufficient moisture. The temperature is generally controlled at about 50 ℃. Women often choose wet steaming, because after steaming, their skin will be more ruddy and hydrated than before, but they will feel suffocated when breathing. Wet steaming also makes the human body sweat, so it is necessary to supplement more water before and during wet steaming.
