Enameled wire
close Enamelled wire refers to the metal wire, also known as electromagnetic wire, which uses insulating paint as the insulating coating and is used to wind the electromagnetic coil. Enamelled wire is the main and key raw material for electromagnetic winding of motors, electrical appliances and household appliances, telecommunications, electronic instruments. After joining WTO, with the rapid development of industrial appliances, household appliances, telecommunications, electronic products, etc., enameled wire has brought a broader application field and market. China has become the world's enameled wire manufacturing center and processing base, and the world's largest enameled wire production and sales country, accounting for about 30% of the global total output. The production of enameled wire in China has increased by more than 10% every year in the past 20 years. It is estimated that it will increase to about 50% by 2015, reaching the scale of 1.6 million t/a, and become a veritable enameled wire production country and power. The development goal of China's cable industry during the "12th Five Year Plan". To maintain the steady economic growth of the whole industry and improve the quality and efficiency of development, it is expected that the annual average growth of sales scale will be about 4% - 8% during the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period. By the end of the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period, it is predicted that the copper consumption will be about 5.5 - 6.2 million tons and aluminum consumption will be about 2.6 - 3.2 million tons. According to the statistics of the intelligent research consulting market, the sales volume (including imports) of fine electromagnetic enameled wires nationwide from 2004 to 2006 were about 290000 tons, 310000 tons and 340000 tons respectively, with an average annual growth rate of more than 8%. Among them, the growth of relay wire field is particularly prominent, with an average annual growth rate of 20%. With the development of electronic components in the direction of "light and thin" and consumers' preference for light and thin electronic products, the market demand for micro electromagnetic enameled wires is growing year by year. In 2010, the total sales volume of the main market of micro electromagnetic enameled wire reached 460000 tons, with an average annual growth rate of about 9%. In 2012, the total sales volume of the main markets of micro electromagnetic enameled wires reached 544000 tons. As electronic components such as relays, micromotors, electronic transformers, solenoid valves are widely used in the fields of automobiles, household appliances, mobile phones, computers, office supplies, etc., the demand for micro enameled wires as important raw materials of these electronic components is growing steadily. After long-term development, China has become the largest producer and user of electronic components such as relays, micro and special motors and electronic transformers. However, due to the gap between China and the world in technology, technology and equipment, the domestic production capacity of micro enameled wires is far from meeting the demand. In China, only about 30% of the consumption of fine enamelled wire is met by domestic manufacturers, and the rest 70% is imported. In the future, China's demand for local micro electromagnetic enameled wires will grow partly from the natural growth of market demand, and partly from import substitution, especially in the field of import substitution, which has great development potential. According to the investigation and analysis of the Winding Wire Special Committee of the Wire and Cable Branch of the China Electrical Appliance Industry Association, it has become a veritable enameled wire production country and power.
