Fiberboard
close 1. Product density: non compression and compression non compression products are soft fibreboard, and the density is less than 0.4 g/cm3; Compression products include medium density fiberboard (or semi hard fiberboard, with a density of 0.4~0.8 g/cm3) and hard fiberboard (with a density of more than 0.8 g/cm3). 2. Slab forming process: wet fiberboard, dry fiberboard, directional fiberboard 3. Post treatment method: ordinary fiberboard, oil treated fiberboard Soft fiberboard: light weight, large void ratio, good heat insulation and sound absorption, mostly used as covering material inside public buildings. After special treatment, light fiberboard with more pores can be obtained, which has adsorption property and can be used to purify air. Medium density fiberboard: uniform structure, moderate density and strength, and good reprocessing. The product has a wide range of thickness and can be used for many purposes, such as furniture materials, TV shell materials, etc. Hardboard: the product thickness range is small, between 3~8mm; High strength, 3~4mm thick hard fibreboard can be used instead of 9~12mm sawn veneer, mostly used in construction, ships, vehicles, etc.
