[Scope of Application]
It is applicable to roof works and underground works, as well as waterproofing of open cut subway, tunnel, pool, canal and other projects, especially for projects where open fire is not allowed. Polyethylene film and fine sand self-adhesive polyester tire coiled material are applicable to non exposed waterproofing projects; Aluminum foil surface self-adhesive polyester tire coiled material can be used for exposed waterproof works; 1.5mm thick self-adhesive polyester tire coiled material is only used for auxiliary waterproof works.
Storage and Transportation
1. Products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately, not mixed; Avoid exposure to the sun and rain, maintain ventilation, and the storage temperature should not be higher than 45 ℃. When stored vertically, only one layer can be stored, and when stored horizontally, the height should not exceed five layers.
2. Avoid tilting or transverse pressure during transportation, and cover with tarpaulin if necessary. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is one year.
Construction Process
Construction process of self-adhesive coiled material
1. Construction preparation → base course treatment → painting special base course treatment agent → pasting additional layer of details → snapping datum line → paving self-adhesive coiled material on large surface → closing and fixing coiled material → sealing with coiled material sealant → quality inspection → construction of protective isolation layer
2. Base course treatment: the base course shall be solid, dry, flat, free of dust and oil stain, and polymer shall be used for unevenness and cracks mortar Leveling, cleaning and sweeping before construction, and blowing with a vacuum cleaner or high-pressure blower when necessary.
3. Brush the base treatment agent: before paving the coiled material, brush the special base treatment agent. The base treatment agent should be uniform and completely cover all parts, without omission, especially the details. The dosage is about 0.20kg/m2.
4. Additional waterproof layer for node details: add an additional layer for details such as internal and external corners, gutters, eaves gutters, water outlets, pipe roots, etc. according to the size required by relevant specifications.
5. Large waterproof layer self-adhesive coiled material paving: snap the line and pave coiled material in time after the base treatment agent is dry. When paving, fix the starting end and gradually unfold it. While unfolding, peel off the paper. When paving, from low to high.
6. The width of coiled material shall be no less than 60mm for roof works, 80mm for underground works, and 150mm for joints. The lap joint shall be compacted and stuck firmly, and the edge shall be sealed with sealant.
7. The end of facade coiled material shall be fixed with metal battens first, and then sealed with coiled material sealant.
8. Construction of protective isolation layer: rigid protection is generally adopted for horizontal surface, isolation layer is set between waterproof layer and rigid protection layer, and polystyrene board is used as soft protection for side wall of underground works.
[Precautions]
1. The suitable construction temperature of coiled material is 5~35 ℃. When the air temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the adhesive property of the coiled material will decline, and the ambient temperature should be increased and heated before bonding.
2. The construction shall not be carried out in rainy and snowy days or under strong wind above level 5.
