The specific brands and applications are as follows: ST-1 is used as compatibilizer and toughener for PA, PET, PBT and other alloy materials. ST-2 is a compatibilizer and toughener for PE, PP and their modified materials. ST-3 is used as a compatibilizer for polyolefin low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable compound to improve the tensile strength and elongation, and increase the addition of inorganic substances. ST-4 is used to modify PS/PP, ABS/PC, ABS/PA, PS/PE and other alloys to improve the toughness, compatibility and other comprehensive properties of products. ST-5 is used for polypropylene filling masterbatch, color masterbatch, flame retardant masterbatch and degradation masterbatch. ST-6 is used for compatibility of polyethylene plastic wood, filling master batch, color master batch, flame retardant master batch, aluminum plastic composite, iron plastic composite, polyolefin/nylon system. ST-7 is used for low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable compound, polyethylene filling masterbatch, color masterbatch, flame retardant masterbatch, aluminum plastic composite polyethylene film and silk. ST-8 is used for compatibility of AS/PP, ABS/PC, ABS/PE, ABS/PA, ABS/PET alloys. ST-9 is used as flame retardant, reinforced ABS/PA, PC/ABS, ABS/PP alloy compatibilizer. Toughening filler is a kind of additive material for modifying polyolefin plastic, which is made from micron or submicron calcium carbonate particles through special surface treatment and manufacturing process. The masterbatch can increase the notch impact strength of HDPE, PP and PP at room temperature and low temperature to 2 to 4 times of the raw material, increase the bending modulus by 25% to 30%, reduce the low temperature brittleness of materials and improve the dimensional stability of products. Nanjing Plastex toughening masterbatch ST11 is mainly used for HDPE water pipes, corrugated pipes, blow molding trays, hollow containers, plastic turnover boxes and other plastic products (dosage 30-50%). It can increase the impact strength of products by 2~3 times, increase the rigidity by 30%, and reduce the production cost of plastic products. Nanjing Plastex toughening masterbatch ST12 is mainly used in copolymerized PP turnover boxes, pallets, PPR pipes (dosage 10-30%), PP container bag flat wires (dosage 8-10%), and other plastic products. It can increase the impact strength of products by 3~5 times, increase the rigidity by 30~50%, and reduce the production cost of plastic products. Nanjing Plastex toughening masterbatch ST13 is mainly used in HDPE low-pressure film to improve film stiffness, ductility, strength and modulus, and significantly reduce product cost. The modification effect is obvious in HDPE heavy packaging bags. Nanjing Plastai toughening masterbatch ST14 is mainly used to modify PP, which is used to prepare car bumpers, door panels, and instrument consoles (10-30% dosage), improve impact toughness and rigidity, reduce elastomer dosage, and reduce product cost. It is also directly used in the preparation of PP turnover boxes, pallets and other plastic products. Nanjing Plastex toughening masterbatch ST15 is mainly used in LLDPE or LDPE films to improve film stiffness, ductility, strength and modulus, and significantly reduce product costs.
