SPC superfine grouting cement is a special cement variety jointly developed by Sanshi Special Cement Company and Zhejiang University. At present, there are ultra-fine varieties Double quick cement , superfine AEC expansion cement and superfine ordinary cement. The specific surface area of cement can be divided into three specifications: ① ≥ 800m2/Kg; ② ≥ 900m2/kg；③≥ 1000m2/kg, and various special cements with a specific surface area of more than 1500m2/kg and more than 2000m2/kg can also be produced according to user needs. According to the detection of Zhejiang Provincial Central Laboratory of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, the average particle size of ultra-fine cement can be as small as 1.94UM, and the external specific surface area can be as high as 2140m2/kg. The product performance has reached the domestic level.
Scope of application 1. Dam body and dam foundation crack grouting in water conservancy projects; 2. 1、 Product performance 1, setting time: water cement ratio 0.6, during standard curing, the initial setting shall not be earlier than 2 hours, and the final setting shall not be later than 12 hours. If there are special requirements for setting time, it can be produced as required. 2. Average particle size: (refers to the average particle size of 50% weight) less than 5mm, and the larger particle size does not exceed 30mm. 3. Expansion rate of superfine AEC expansion cement: when the water cement ratio is 0.6, the limited expansion rate of cement mortar in 28 days is 0.02-0.05% according to JC311/T standard. 4. Setting time of slurry: can be adjusted according to the needs of the project. 2. Slurry stability: the slurry has low water separation rate and good stability. 3. Irrigability: After adding a proper amount of naphthalene water reservoir agent, the viscosity of slurry can be reduced, the fluidity and groutability can be improved, and the micro cracks and fine silty sand layer can be entered. 4. There is no shrinkage when the slurry is solidified, and the stone has high strength and durability. 5. The slurry construction process is simple, easy to operate, and can be used on a large scale.
