4、 Usage
Preparation: the surface shall be cleaned and free from debris, laitance, oil stain and other sundries. The surface shall be fully wetted 24h before grouting. There shall be no ponding before grouting. Formwork erection: the formwork shall not leak grout, and the top of the formwork shall be about 50mm higher than the grouting upper surface. Mixing: add a certain amount of water into the mixing bucket, and then pour the material into the bucket for mixing. The mixing time is controlled at about 3-5 minutes from the start of feeding to the end of mixing. During mixing, the blade shall not be lifted above the slurry level to avoid bringing air. Grouting: grouting from one side to overflow from the other side, and bamboo chips can be used for tamping if necessary.
