five . Control of reagent reaction time
The speed of reagent reaction is directly related to temperature. The higher the temperature is, the faster the reaction time is, and vice versa. In actual operation, there are two ways to control the reagent reaction time too fast, one is to add a soothing agent in the mixing water. Another method is to strictly control the temperature of mixing water, dry powder agent and rock (or concrete). The temperature is high in summer, so it should be covered by debris before crushing. The agents should be stored at a low temperature to avoid exposure to the sun. Control the mixing water temperature at fifteen Below ℃.
If the reagent (roll) reaction time is too fast, it is easy to cause punching injury accidents, which also affects the construction effect and increases the construction cost. In order to prevent accidents, in addition to taking necessary safety measures, we can also use the soothing agent specially prepared by our factory to delay the reaction time. 6、 Safety measures and precautions
