4. Regular patrol inspection

5. Warranty period
Warranty period: the warranty period of the equipment under the contract is 12 months after the successful installation and commissioning. During the warranty period (except for force majeure and man-made damage), the cost of spare parts and travel expenses shall be borne by the Supplier.
6. Lifelong maintenance to ensure the interests of users
The equipment of Jinan Smart CNC Machinery Co., Ltd. shall be guaranteed free of charge for 12 months under normal conditions (except for force majeure and man-made damage) from the date of acceptance. At the expiration of the warranty period, the company will continue to provide lifelong free service. If parts need to be replaced, only the cost will be charged.
7. Establish user files and improve product quality
In addition to providing technical consulting services for users, the company's maintenance center is also responsible for receiving and collecting user complaints and consulting information, ensuring that the problems and requirements raised by users can be handled in a timely manner, and following up and verifying the handling. At the same time, user files are established to record the use of products, providing a basis for future product quality improvement. We will continue to strive for excellence and provide customers with satisfactory products and services.
8. Spare parts reserve and supply mode
Our company has long-term reserves of various equipment accessories, and can choose express mail, China Railway Express, air transportation, road distribution and other transportation modes according to user requirements. Emergency accessories can be transported to the user's site within 24 hours.
9. Technical upgrading service
Our company provides users with software upgrades for free. If PLC program or computer program needs to be changed due to user's special requirements and process changes, our company will be responsible for the change and will not charge software fees.
