Basement plugging base requirements:

Requirements for leak stopping materials in basement:
(1) The project adopts premixed concrete and pump pouring; When signing the concrete supply contract with the concrete company, the following technical requirements for waterproof concrete are proposed as part of the contract: a Concrete grade: C39S8b Slump: 100-140mmc Initial setting time: 4-6 h, d. Control requirements for alkali aggregate: large chloride ion content 0.2%, large alkali content 3.0 kg/m3.
(2) Before concrete mobilization, the mix proportion notice of concrete supplied by the concrete company, calculation sheet of chloride ion and alkali content, concrete setting curve table and other data shall be reviewed by the project chief engineer and supervision engineer before formal opening and pouring.
(3) Control the quality of concrete entering the site: after the concrete enters the site, check the time of concrete leaving the machine in a timely manner, make a record of the time of starting pouring and finishing pouring, and ensure that the concrete is poured before the initial setting. During pouring, the tester shall check the slump of each truck of concrete entering the site, make records, and withdraw the unqualified concrete from the site.
Quality acceptance of basement plugging
