1、 The construction procedures for waterproofing, plugging and structural reinforcement are as follows:

2、 Large area leakage treatment scheme;
1. Surface layer method: applicable to the treatment of large-area leakage of structures. Generally, the treatment of large area leakage water in the basement cannot be carried out on the upstream surface, but only on the downstream surface. Therefore, before construction, water diversion and drainage should be carried out to prevent the newly made waterproof surface from being damaged by pressurized water. The specific method of surface layer method is: select the location with concentrated leakage, open holes and bury pipes to make water flow out of the conduit. According to the amount of water leakage, pipes can be buried at one or more places for water diversion. If no leakage point can be found, pipes can be buried at the lower part of the wall for water diversion. Then, according to the material use requirements, large areas of polymer cement waterproof mortar shall be coated on the watertight parts, which shall be plastered and compacted in layers, in the order of waterproof plain mortar - waterproof mortar - waterproof plain mortar, and then the pipe shall be pulled to block water. For slight water seepage of the concrete, the compressive plugging spirit can be applied to the concrete surface, and the scraper can be used for construction. Generally, the construction shall be conducted for 2-3 times until no water shadow is seen. For holes and gaps with obvious water leakage, water stop treatment shall be carried out one by one according to the method of hole and crack leakage water treatment.
For the surface of the concrete structure of the basement, when there is not serious slow leakage with small water pressure (such as sweating, wetting, etc.), anti leakage grams can be applied on the back surface to form an impermeable cover layer on the surface to play the role of seepage prevention. The specific method is as follows: the surface of the base course shall be treated flat and smooth, the uneven parts shall be filled with cement mortar, flattened and trowelled, and the dust and oil stain on the surface of the base course shall be removed at the same time, so as to facilitate the bonding of the waterproof layer. After the above work is completed and inspected as qualified, the anti leakage gram can be used for construction.
2. Grouting method: grouting method can also be used in case of large area leakage in the basement. According to the leakage situation, grouting holes can be arranged on the structure, and the points can be arranged in plum blossom shape, shape or straight shape, and then grouting treatment can be carried out to form a waterproof curtain inside the structure. In addition, the method of "surface sealing grouting" can also be used, that is, first lower the pipe for water diversion, and then use the quick plugging spirit to plaster a large area. After the strength of the waterproof coating meets the requirements, grout from the water diversion pipe for water plugging.
