In engineering practice, water leakage is common in expansion joints and settlement joints. 3、 Construction technology
General procedures for grouting and plugging construction: crack surface treatment → drilling → installation of grouting nozzle → sealing → water injection → grouting → nozzle removal → hole sealing.
(1) Find out and mark the leakage point of the crack, and clean the surface around the crack;
(2) Drill along the crack, the drill bit diameter is 10 mm (1064 or B8 nozzle is used), the hole depth is 1/3 of the plate thickness, and the hole spacing is 200-300 mm.
(3) Install grouting nozzle (water stop needle), and the spacing is generally 200 mm~400 mm according to the actual situation;
(4) Use the electric grouting machine to inject clean water into the concrete crack from the grouting nozzle (water stop needle), so that the crack is fully wetted, so as to fully react with the grouting material and solidify;
(5) Use the electric grouting machine to inject the grouting material into the concrete cracks from the grouting nozzle (water stop needle head). The grouting sequence is to pour the grouting material on one side of the crack in sequence. After 12 hours, knock off the grouting nozzle and seal it with sealing material.
