3、 Seal the leaking part
After the grouting nozzle is buried, in addition to the water leakage of the grouting nozzle, all other parts (within a certain range) with water leakage or possible water leakage shall be sealed to avoid slurry leakage and bleeding.
4、 Trial injection
When the leakage is closed and the grouting nozzle is buried with a certain strength. Color water is used to replace grout during trial grouting to calculate grouting amount and grouting time, providing reference for determining grout mix ratio and grouting pressure. At the same time, observe the plugging and hole connectivity to ensure normal grouting.
5、 Installation and inspection
Install and check grouting machines and tools to ensure safe use in grouting construction.
6、 Grouting
Select one of the holes for grouting (select the grouting nozzle at a lower place and with a large amount of water leakage). After the grout is found in the multiple holes, close each hole immediately and continue grouting. The grouting pressure should be greater than the leakage water pressure, so that the grout will burst forward along the seepage channel. When the grout is no longer injected, close the grouting nozzle immediately and then stop grouting. After grouting, the grouting hole and inspection hole shall be sealed tightly. After the grout solidifies, remove the grouting nozzle, observe the grouting plugging effect, and repeat grouting if necessary.
