Features of one-way flameproof valve of dedusting pipeline:

Operation condition:
1. Under normal operating conditions, the back pressure valve disc inside the valve floats due to air flow, and the flameproof valve opens;

3. If there is deflagration and explosion on the outlet side of the flameproof valve under allowable conditions, due to the increase of back pressure, the airflow will flow in reverse direction, making the back pressure valve disc close. The pressure wave generated by the explosion will make the throttle blade tightly closed on the inclined end face at the inlet side, thus preventing the explosion from spreading to the upstream pipeline and equipment, playing the role of isolation.
Principle of one-way explosion-proof valve for dust removal pipeline:
The one-way flameproof valve is normally used on the inlet pipe of the dust remover or cyclone separation. It is a simple, economical and reliable flameproof product, which is mainly used to cut off the flame and shock wave generated after the explosion inside the equipment and transmit them to the upstream pipes and equipment. During operation, the disc of one-way flameproof valve is opened by the normal working air flow in the pipeline or is in the normally open state. In case of explosion inside the protected equipment, the valve disc of the flameproof valve is closed by the shock wave.
