Application of intelligent air pressure difference alarm:
One purpose is to detect whether the filter (dust remover) is blocked. There are impurities in the fuel gas. The purpose of using the filter is to filter these impurities. When the filter filters too many impurities, the pressure difference between the front and back of the filter will become larger (blocked), so a differential pressure transmitter is needed to monitor the working condition of the filter. If the pressure difference becomes larger, The filter needs to be replaced or cleaned.
For another purpose, when the filter is blocked, the gas cannot pass through, the pressure at the back end of the filter will decrease, and the air may enter the gas pipeline from the gas outlet to mix with the gas, which will burst when you ignite again. Therefore, this differential pressure transmitter should be installed for safety reasons. For the above two reasons, the differential pressure transmitter must be installed.

The differential pressure alarm has two pressure ends, which are divided into high pressure end (H) and low pressure end (L). Measure the pressure difference between the high pressure end and the low pressure end. How to determine the differential pressure range? First, consider the system pressure when the tested system works normally, which can also be called unilateral pressure. Secondly, determine the value of the pressure difference between the measured end and the reference end, that is, the range of the pressure difference alarm. If the pressure at the high pressure end of the tested device must be higher than that at the low pressure end, a single range can be selected, such as 0-1Kpa, 0-10Kpa; If the high voltage end cannot be determined, - 1KPa and - 10Kpa can be selected, so that both ends can be connected at will and the test is more convenient.
Example 1: Check whether the performance of the filter meets the standard. The inlet pressure of the filter is 300KPa, and the filter needs to be replaced when the outlet pressure of the filter is less than 280KPa. Then, the differential pressure transmitter can be selected according to the parameters that the system pressure is 300KPa and the differential pressure range is 20Kpa.
Example 2: Check the consistency of pressure in two high-pressure tanks. The standard pressure in the tank is 1 MPa, and the two tanks are inflated at the same time to ensure that the pressure difference between the two tanks is less than 1 kPa. Then we can select the range of differential pressure transmitter according to the parameters of system pressure 1 MPa and differential pressure - 1 kPa.
