PPSU polyphenylene sulfone resin is a product of polysulfone (PSF) series. It is a novel thermoplastic engineering plastic, which refers to the macromolecular compound containing sulfone group and aromatic nucleus in the main chain of the molecule, and is amorphous. In the international regulations, the core tip of the United States for this product is that the polyphenylene sulfone resin is composed of the basic resin prepared by the reaction of p-polyphenylene sulfide and peracetic acid. The p-polyphenylene sulfide used for the preparation of diphenylene wind is prepared by the reaction of sodium sulfide and p-dichlorobenzene. The minimum weight average molecular weight of this polyphenylene sulfone resin is 5000 daltons. The added excipients are the substances allowed to be used in various parts from 170 to 189, which are generally recognized as safe substances in food, and the substances allowed to be used in published laws and regulations. The glass transition temperature of the polymer is (360 ± 5) ℃.
