1. Adsorption method, mainly using activated carbon adsorption device or filter with adsorption cotton
The working principle of the adsorption method is to collect the polluted air in the workshop with the wind catching device, remove the pollutants in the air through the adsorbent such as activated carbon or absorbent cotton, and then discharge them directly.
Advantages: low equipment cost, disadvantages: general purification rate, easy to produce hazardous waste
2. The photocatalysis oxidation method adopts UV photolysis waste gas treatment equipment or photocatalysis oxidation waste gas treatment equipment.
The so-called photocatalytic reaction is a chemical reaction under the action of light. Photochemical reaction requires molecules to absorb electromagnetic radiation of specific wavelength, generate excited state of molecules when stimulated, and then chemical reaction will occur to generate new substances, or become intermediate chemical products that cause heat reaction.
Advantages: low equipment cost. Disadvantages: average purification rate
3. Catalytic combustion method: the waste gas from the agricultural production system is directly burned by heating at high temperature, and the activated carbon is degreased and adsorbed, so that the activated carbon can be reused without causing secondary pollution and hazardous waste, so as to achieve the purpose of waste gas purification.
Advantages: high purification efficiency, and the activated carbon can be reused up to 95%. Disadvantages: high cost
4. Activated carbon adsorption photocatalytic method: advantages: it avoids the problem of incomplete odor removal in a single treatment method, has high purification rate and moderate equipment cost. Our company mainly adopts UV photocatalytic activated carbon adsorption combined treatment scheme
3、 Drying path:
Drying path is painting production line Its temperature uniformity is an important indicator to ensure the quality of the coating. The heating methods of the oven include radiation, hot air circulation and radiation hot air circulation. According to the production program, it can be divided into single room and through type. The equipment forms are Straight through Type and bridge type. The hot air circulation drying furnace has good thermal insulation, uniform temperature in the furnace, and less heat loss. Through testing, the temperature difference in the furnace is less than ± 3oC, which can reach the performance index of similar products in advanced countries.
4、 Heating system
Hot air circulation is a widely used heating method. It uses the convection conduction principle to heat the oven to dry and solidify the workpiece. The heat source can be selected according to the specific conditions of users: electricity, steam, gas or fuel oil. The heat source box can be placed at the top, bottom and side according to the situation of the oven.
5、 Electric control system
The electrical control of painting and coating assembly line has centralized and single row control. Centralized control can use programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the host, automatically control each process according to the prepared control program, collect data, monitor and start emergency signals. Single row control is a common control mode for * * * in the coating production line. Each process is controlled in a single row. The electric control box (cabinet) is set near the equipment, which is low in cost, intuitive in operation and convenient in maintenance.
6、 Suspension conveyor chain
The suspending conveyor is the conveying system of industrial assembly line and coating line. The accumulating suspending conveyor is applied to the storage shelves with L=10-14M and the coating line of alloy steel pipes for special-shaped street lamps. The workpiece is hoisted on the special hanging appliance (bearing capacity up to 500-600KG), and the turnout is smooth. The turnout is opened and closed by electrical control according to the work order to meet the automatic transportation of the workpiece at each processing station. The workpiece is cooled in parallel in the forced cold room and the unloading area, and the hanging appliance identification and traction start emergency signal shutdown device is set in the forced cold area.
