When the whole line or unit equipment is running, if one of the equipment stops due to fault, the equipment will display red lamp Start the emergency signal, and then the predecessor equipment of the faulty equipment will stop immediately (including automatic sanding door ）Subsequent equipment will operate normally. Thus, the overload operation of equipment is protected and the occurrence of equipment accidents is eliminated.
The electric control of the whole line not only controls the equipment of each unit, but also controls the level indicator of the sand silo (bucket) by stopping and starting.
Field wiring of electrical system adopts Cable , main installation form: underground embedded Steel pipe Cable bridge and steel pipe are used for protection locally, and shielded wire is used for signal wire.
