The gap between the door leaf and the door frame shall not be more than 3 mm, and the lap width shall not be less than 20 mm. The flatness of door leaf surface shall not be greater than 4 mm. The fit clearance between the lock hole and the lock tongue on the door frame shall not be greater than 2 mm. The gap between the door leaf and the hinge side of the door frame shall not be more than 2 mm, and the gap between the opening side of the door and the hinge side of the door frame shall not be more than 3 mm. The tolerance of door frame, diagonal dimension of door leaf and overall dimension of door leaf shall comply with the provisions in Table 1 of GB 17565-1998. Requirements for fence doors: the fence spacing in the horizontal or vertical direction of the fence door shall not be more than 120 mm, and the area of a single fence shall not be more than 370 mm X 120 mm. The side hung door leaf, fence door leaf and door frame shall be of integrated structure, and built-in locks shall be installed. Lock requirements: the lockset of side hung door and sliding door shall be one-way built-in type, the door bolt shall adopt two-way multi-point locking, the length of the latch shall not be less than 30mm, and the lock shall meet the requirements of Class B in GA/T 73-1994. Protection requirements: the protection capacity of the monitoring room door shall meet the requirements of Class C security door in GB17565-1998.
The door track shall be able to withstand the impact force and prying moment transmitted to the track when the track is damaged by impact chiseling with ordinary mechanical and manual tools. The track and roller shall be free of fracture or falling off within 20min. The door leaf of the prison room shall not produce 8mm concave deformation on the impacted surface under 15 consecutive impacts of 30kg spherical sandbags. The lock locking point of the prison door shall not be opened when it is impacted by a 30kg spherical sandbag for 15 consecutive times.
