1. 2. SAYOK fabrication: The fabrication procedure of SECCO door leaf framework shall be fully set out on a flat operation site, and various steels shall be cut after straightening.
(1) Door type made of angle steel: the side rails shall be aligned first, and the upper and lower risers and general crosspieces shall be welded on the side rails. Pay attention to the straightness of the rod pieces during welding. The steel plate welded at the four corners and the steel box of the door shaft must be correctly positioned and leveled before welding. If there is a small door leaf, the frame of the small door leaf should be welded first, and then the short rung should be welded. Then turn over the skeleton, and weld the folding brace if it is qualified.
(2) The door type made of SAYOK channel steel: first cut the side rail and the top rail end into a 45 ° oblique angle for welding, and the side rail and the bottom rail are flush connected. After the general crossbar and the capping angle steel are welded, they must be inspected and corrected. If they are qualified, they should weld the four corner stiffening plates, round pipes and folding braces. If there is a small door, the frame of the small door leaf should be welded first, and then the short rung should be welded. The lower ceiling strip shall be cut off at the lower edge of the small door leaf. The SAYOK door shaft cantilever plate assembly should be accurately welded after the skeleton is fabricated to facilitate the laying of plates and the flexible opening after installation.
(3) During the welding process, the rods shall be tightly combined. During processing, attention shall be paid to necessary chamfering, chamfering and removal of collision parts. All rods and parts shall be regular, straight, and the weld surface shall be flat. Except that the flat steel for the cover seam of the door type made of angle steel and the angle steel for the three sides of the cover seam of the door type made of channel steel are intermittent welding, the rest are continuous welding, and continuous welding should not be interrupted, burnt Cracks and other phenomena.
(4) The width of the board should be about 100-120. The connection between boards can be enterprise board joints or strip joints, according to local practices. For double-layer boards, it is better to stagger the internal and external board joints. The batten flat steel of the board shall be perforated with the crosspiece at one time, and the board shall be closely combined with the steel box of the door shaft or the bottom plate of the door shaft, without obvious gaps.
(5) After the SECCO door leaf framework and hardware parts are made, they shall be coated with two layers of antirust paint after inspection. The friction parts of the parts shall be coated with a layer of lubricating oil. After installation, they shall be coated with medium ready mixed paint. Wood shall be painted with two coats of primer, and then coated with medium ready mixed paint after installation. The color shall be selected.
