WSZ-A equipment is mainly designed to treat domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage. Its main treatment method is to use the currently mature biochemical treatment technology - biological contact oxidation method. The water quality parameters are calculated according to the design of general domestic sewage quality, with BOD5 average 200mg/l and effluent BOD5 average 20mg/l. There are six parts in total: (1) primary sedimentation tank (2) contact oxidation tank (3) secondary sedimentation tank (4) disinfection tank, disinfection device (5) sludge tank (6) fan room, fan. It is discussed as follows:
(1) Primary sedimentation tank: the primary sedimentation tank of this equipment is a solid flow sedimentation tank, the rising flow rate of sewage in the sedimentation tank is 0.6-0.7mm/s, and the settled sludge is lifted to the sludge tank with air. (Note: WSZ-A0.5-5m3/h does not have a primary sedimentation tank)
(2) Contact oxidation tank: the water after initial sedimentation flows automatically to the contact tank for biochemical treatment. The contact tank is divided into three levels, with a total residence time of more than 4 hours. The contact oxidation time of enhanced equipment can reach 6 hours, filler It is a novel trapezoidal filler, easy to conjunctive, and non clogging. The specific surface area of the filler is 160m2/m3, and the air water ratio of the contact tank is about 12:1. (Note: WSZ-A0.5-5m3/h contact tank is secondary)
(3) Secondary sedimentation tank: the biochemical sewage flows to the secondary sedimentation tank. The secondary sedimentation tank is a parallel operation of two vertical flow sedimentation tanks, with an upward flow rate of 0.3-0.4mm/s. The sludge is discharged by air to the sludge tank. (Note: WSZ-A0.5-5m3/h sludge flows into the sludge tank automatically)
(4) Disinfection pool and disinfection device: the disinfection pool is 30 minutes according to the standard of "TJ14-74". If it is hospital sewage, the disinfection pool can increase the retention time to 1-1.5 hours. The disinfection method of contact dissolution of solid chlorine tablets is adopted, and the disinfection pool and disinfection device can be continuously changed according to the water yield
The dosage can be changed to achieve the purpose of adding more medicine with more water, and adding less medicine with less water. If other devices are required, they can be prepared separately. (Note: if it is used for industrial sewage, disinfection tank and disinfection device can not be used)
(5) Sludge tank: all the sludge in the primary sedimentation tank and secondary sedimentation tank is taken to the sludge tank of WSZ-A for aerobic digestion by air, and the supernatant of the sludge tank is added to the contact oxidation tank for further treatment. There is little residual sludge after digestion, which is generally cleaned once every 1-2 years. The cleaning method can be used to extend the fecal suction truck from the inspection hole of the sludge tank to the bottom of the sludge tank for suction and then outward transportation. (WSZ-A0.5-5m3/h sludge adopts anaerobic digestion)
(6) Fan room and fan: the fan room of equipment WSZ-A is located above the disinfection pool. The inlet of the fan room adopts double-layer sound insulation. The air inlet has * * * and fan filter, so there is no noise during operation. The fan adopts two L-type roots blowers, which can automatically operate alternately. The service life of a single fan is about 30000 hours.

In addition to conventional blower noise reduction measures (such as heat insulation, silencer, etc.), new sound absorption materials are also set on the inner wall of the blower, so that the noise of the equipment during operation is less than 50 dB, reducing the impact on the surrounding environment. The equipment is equipped with a full-automatic electrical control system, and the equipment damage alarm system is reliable.
