Product description: Ruida road sealant produced by Ruida Road&Bridge Co., Ltd. is one of the widely used high-grade pavement joint filling materials at present. Widely used in cement concrete pavement expansion joint , deck joints, asphalt Concrete pavement joints and other fields. This road sealant is made of special modified asphalt, with strong adhesion and aging relieving ability, which can significantly extend the service life of the pavement. It has good high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and ductility, can produce elastic deformation with the expansion and contraction of cracks, and always seals the cracks of the pavement. Good adhesion, water resistance and aging resistance.
Main use: used for repairing cracks and joint treatment of cement, asphalt, concrete pavement, airport runway and other pavement.

Construction method: 1. Select the appropriate sealant according to the road conditions and climate: the sealant is greatly affected by the local climate environment and pavement crack conditions, so only the appropriate sealant can play a good sealing effect on pavement cracks.
2. Crack slotting: use special slotting equipment to cut a notch with a width depth ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 along the crack, which can be determined according to the crack condition or by consulting technicians.
3. Notch treatment: steel brush and Air compressor The loose particles and sundries in and around the notch shall be removed. Keep the notch dry to ensure the adhesion of sealant.
4. Sealant pouring: keep the working surface clean. When the road surface is wet or below 5 ℃, the road surface needs to be heated and dried. Sealant must be filled with special equipment with heat conduction oil heating, and it shall be fully filled from bottom to top. The hairline cracks or ∞ type cracks can be sealed with * head shoes or trowelled flat head.
5. After the crack grouting is completed, the traffic shall be made public after the sealant is fully solidified (generally within 20-30 minutes), or after the curing material is spread on the crack surface.
