1. Surface treatment

Surface treatment is a key process, including treatment of bonding surface of reinforced components and steel plate bonding surface.

(4) For concrete components with high humidity or concrete components with an age of less than three months, the bonding strength of general resin adhesives on the wet base will be greatly reduced, so in addition to meeting the above requirements, the concrete components must be manually dried.

3. Prepare adhesive; The adhesive for sticking steel structure is two-component, which can be solidified only after being mixed evenly in proportion on site. The method of preparing adhesive can refer to the following operations: prepare a desk scale, a clean container (usually plastic basin or iron bucket), dry cotton yarn, spatula, mixing appliance, etc. before preparing adhesive. In a clean container, weigh components A and B according to the glue proportion marked on the product package. Use manual or rubber mixer to mix in the same direction. After mixing to be basically uniform, turn over all the rubber to another container and continue mixing until the color is completely uniform, so as to ensure that there is no dead corner of uneven mixing. When the rubber mixer is used, the mixing speed should be slow (400-600 rpm), and the mixing time should be about 3-5 minutes. Special attention shall be paid to: incorrect mixing ratio or uneven mixing will seriously affect the performance of structural adhesive.

Every time the glue is mixed, it must be weighed and used at any time. The glue should not be too much, otherwise it is difficult to mix evenly and may cause unnecessary waste. The prepared glue should be used up within the application period (about 40 minutes in summer and 90 minutes in winter).

4. Paste steel plate

After the adhesive is prepared, apply it to the treated concrete bonding surface and the steel plate bonding surface with a spatula at the same time. In order to make the adhesive fully infiltrate, penetrate, diffuse and adhere to the bonding surface, a small amount of adhesive should be used to scrape back and forth on the bonding surface; Additional plastering can make the glue on the bonding surface of the steel strip thick in the middle and thin at the edge, and the plastering thickness at the midpoint of the plate is 3~5mm; Then stick the steel plate to the predetermined position.

After pasting the steel plate, gently tap the steel plate along the pasting surface with a hammer. If there is no cavity sound, it indicates that it has been pasted tightly. Otherwise, the steel plate should be peeled off, repaired and re pasted (all operations should be completed within the applicable period of the adhesive).

5. Fixation and pressurization

The steel plate shall be fixed with fixtures, supports or expansion bolts immediately after being glued. And pressurize appropriately to make the adhesive just extrude from the edge of the steel plate. The expansion bolt is generally used as an additional anchoring measure for the steel plate for a long time, and the embedded holes should be drilled together with the steel plate before gluing.

6. Curing

It can be solidified under normal temperature contact pressure, and shall be fixed immediately after construction to avoid disturbance during solidification. At 25 ℃, the fixture or support can be removed after one day of curing, and can be used under stress after three days; When the ambient temperature decreases, the curing time will be prolonged accordingly. If the ambient temperature is lower than 5 ℃, infrared lamp (or iodine tungsten lamp) heating and other heating measures shall be taken or low-temperature curing modified products shall be used.
