Parameters of planting reinforcement
1. The drilling diameter D is determined by the selected reinforcement diameter d and reinforcement surface state.
① When d ≤ 12mm, D=4mm.
② When 12mm ＜ d ＜ 20mm, D ＝ d 6mm is taken.
③ When d ≥ 20mm, D=8mm.

Construction process

Construction description
Component A: milky white viscous paste; component B: grayish black viscous paste; after mixing, the density is 1.7 × 1003 kg/m ³.
1. According to the engineering design requirements, drill holes at corresponding positions on the base material. The hole diameter, hole depth and rebar diameter shall be determined according to the construction design requirements or field experiments.
2. The wall of the drilled hole shall be brushed with a stiff brush, and dust shall be blown out to make the hole clean and dry.
3. The reinforcement shall be cleaned with acetone after removing oil stain and rust.
4. Before mixing, mix the glue of components A and B in their respective barrels for 2-3min. Then mix evenly according to the ratio of component A: component B=3:1, and the amount of glue mixed each time should not be too much, generally not more than 5kg. (Note: When mixing, the same mixing rod cannot be used for the two components of glue A and B at the same time)
5. Inject glue into the drill hole, pay attention to exhaust the air in the hole, and fill the glue.
6. When planting the reinforcement, it shall be rotated and inserted to the bottom of the hole to ensure that the anchor rod is perpendicular to the base material.
7. The reinforcement shall not be shaken before curing.
8. The next process can be carried out only after the reinforcement planting in important parts is qualified through the on-site pull-out test.
9. Under normal temperature (about 25 ℃), the operation time of the mixed glue of A and B is 30-45min.
Packaging, storage and transportation
1. This product is packed in iron drums with a packaging specification of 40kg/group.
2. The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and clean warehouse with an ambient temperature of 0 ℃ - 40 ℃, and the package should not be damaged.
3. The product has been stored at room temperature for one year, and its performance has no obvious change. If it is tested to be qualified after more than one year, it can still be used.
4. This product is non dangerous and can be consigned by civil aviation, * * *, sea transportation and highway transportation.
5. Component B is easy to change color during long-term storage, which is normal and does not affect the basic performance and use of the product.
