usage method
Base treatment:
1. The surface of the base course shall be clean, dust-free, oil-free and free of chemical corrosion medium residues. The surface of porous materials shall be soaked with water in advance, and the surface of steel base course shall be cleaned of floating rust.
2. The leaking part must be treated with gst fast plugging agent first to better keep the base surface wet until there is no open water, so as to achieve better construction effect.
Material preparation:
1. First pour the glue into the bucket, and then slowly add the powder while stirring according to the ratio of glue: powder=1:4, stirring until the glue is uniform and free of caking.
2. Mechanical mixing or manual mixing can be used, and the prepared mortar shall be used up within 2-3h.
Construction and maintenance:
1. When EC polymer repair mortar is used as the overall surface course, the thickness shall not be less than 3mm. When the one-time construction area is large, construction joints shall be reserved or staggered construction shall be carried out. The area of each piece should not exceed 10-15 ㎡, depending on the site environment. The interval time for patching or staggered construction shall not be less than 24h.
2. When making the overall surface course on the facade of concrete or masonry structure and the surface of steel structure, it shall be carried out in two times, and the interval between each time shall not be less than 24h. When the later plastering is carried out, it shall be leveled at one time and repeated plastering is not allowed.

1. The ambient temperature for the construction of this product is 10-30 ℃, which should not be lower than 5 ℃. The raw materials should not be polluted by moisture, rain, sunshine and sundries.
2. This product should not be used in rainy days or freezing days. If construction must be carried out in winter, necessary anti freezing measures shall be taken. This product should be mixed and used at any time. It is not allowed to mix too much materials at one time, and the materials should be used up within 2-3 hours each time.
