Characteristics of high non shrinkage grouting material
1. Early strength, height
1-day compressive strength ≥ 20Mpa; 3-day compressive strength ≥ 30Mpa; 28 day compressive strength ≥ 55Mpa.

Preparation before construction
1. Machine mixing: concrete mixer or mortar mixer. 2. Manual mixing: several mixing tanks and shovels.
3. Several buckets. 4. Several platform scales.
5. Mixing tank. 6. High level funnel, grouting pipe and pipe joint.
7. Grouting booster. 8. Formwork (steel formwork, wood formwork).
9. Straw bags, rock wool quilts, etc. 10. Cotton yarn and adhesive tape.
Grouting construction
Step forward: basic processing
1. The foundation surface shall be roughened, or the concrete interface agent WJ-302 shall be specially used for interface treatment.
2. Clean the foundation surface without debris such as gravel, laitance, floating ash, oil stain and release agent.
3. The foundation surface shall be fully wetted 24 hours before grouting, and the accumulated water shall be removed 1 hour before grouting.
Step 2: Formwork erection
1. The formwork shall be erected according to the grouting construction drawing. The joints between formwork and foundation, formwork and formwork shall be sealed with cement slurry (leak stopping agent), adhesive tape, etc. to make the whole formwork watertight.
2. The horizontal distance between the formwork and the equipment base shall be controlled at about 100mm to facilitate the grouting construction.
3. The top elevation of the formwork shall be 50mm higher than the upper surface of the equipment base.
4. In case of grout leakage during grouting, it shall be handled in time.
Step 3: grouting material preparation
1. Generally, 14-15% water is added for general reinforcement type, and 10-11% water is added for pisolite reinforcement type.
2. Mechanical mixing is recommended, and the mixing time is generally 1-2min (manual electric drill mixer is strictly prohibited). When manual mixing is adopted, 2/3 of the water consumption shall be added for mixing for 2min, and then the remaining water shall be added for mixing until uniform.
3. The amount of each mixing shall be determined according to the amount used, so as to ensure that the materials are used up within 40 minutes.
4. During field use, it is strictly prohibited to add any admixtures or admixtures into the grouting materials.
Step 4: grouting construction method
1. Long equipment or track foundation shall be constructed in sections.
2. Several common grouting methods are shown as follows:

3. During secondary grouting, the following requirements shall be met.
① During secondary grouting, grouting shall be carried out from multiple points on one side or both adjacent sides until overflow from the other side, so as to facilitate air exhaust during grouting. Grouting shall not be carried out simultaneously from four sides.
② After grouting, it must be carried out continuously without interruption. And shorten the grouting time as much as possible.
③ Vibration is strictly prohibited during grouting. When necessary, the grouting booster can be used to push the grouting material along the bottom of the grouting layer. It is strictly prohibited to push the grouting material from the middle and middle of the grouting layer to ensure the homogeneity of the grouting layer.
④ After the equipment foundation grouting is completed, a 45 degree bevel shall be cut outward along the edge of the equipment 3-6h after grouting to prevent cracks at the free end. If it is impossible to cut the edge, the surface of the grouting layer shall be polished with a trowel 3-6h after grouting.
⑤ When the thickness of the grouting layer exceeds 150mm, pea gravel reinforced high non shrinkage grouting material shall be used.
⑥ When the amount of equipment foundation grouting is large, mechanical mixing shall be used for the mixing of pea gravel reinforced grouting material to ensure grouting construction.
Step 5: Maintenance
1. The wet grass or rock wool quilt shall be immediately covered and kept wet within 30 minutes after grouting.
2. During winter construction, the maintenance measures shall also comply with the relevant provisions of the current<>(GB50204).
3. The equipment can be installed after the grouting material reaches the time of membrane removal. For the specific time, please refer to the "Relationship between membrane removal and curing time and ambient temperature".

4. After grouting of equipment foundation, if there is any part to be removed, it can be gently removed with trowel or shovel tools 3-6h after grouting, that is, before the grouting layer hardens.
5. The vibration of the running machine shall not be transmitted to the equipment foundation, and the machine shall be shut down for 24-36h after secondary grouting to avoid damaging the unhardened grouting layer.
Packaging, storage and transportation
1. Package specification: 40kg ± 1kg/bag, stored in a ventilated and dry place and protected from direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 6 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it can only be used after re inspection.
2. It does not contain benzene series, halogenated hydrocarbon, formaldehyde, heavy metal and other components, and is harmless, tasteless, pure, non combustible and non explosive. It can be transported as general goods.
