1、 Base treatment:
1. The surface of the base course shall be clean, dust-free, oil-free and free of chemical corrosion medium residues. The surface of porous materials shall be soaked with water in advance, and the surface of steel base course shall be cleaned of floating rust.
2. The leaking part must be treated with gst quick plugging agent first to better keep the base surface wet until there is no open water, so as to achieve better waterproof effect.
2、 Material preparation:
First pour the glue into the bucket, and then slowly add the powder while stirring according to the ratio of glue: powder=1:4, stirring until the glue is uniform and free of caking.
3、 For the construction of waterproof layer and moisture-proof corrosion protection layer:
1. Use a spatula to evenly scrape and coat the mixed mortar on the base course for 2-3 times, and the interval between each time is 2-4 hours, subject to the fact that it is not sticky when touched by hand.
2. In order to avoid pinholes, the principle of facade before plane and transverse and longitudinal shall be followed during construction. At least two coats shall be scraped during construction to avoid missing scratches and ensure waterproof effect.
3. The drying time of the coating is related to the environmental temperature, relative humidity of the air and other factors. If there are slight cracks on the surface of the coating after drying or missing scratches and coatings during construction, just use this product to scratch and repair the defects.
4. If it is necessary to lay tile board and other finishing materials, it should be carried out after the waterproof glue is completely dry, generally after 72 hours.
5. The reference dosage is 1.50-2.00kg/m2.
4、 It is used for the construction of pasting facing bricks with flexible, waterproof and anti-corrosion functions:
1. The surface of the decorative tile shall be clean and must be soaked in water and dried in the shade.
2. Evenly apply the prepared waterproof mortar on the pasting surface of the decorative face tile. The pasting layer thickness should be 3.0-5.0mm, and then glue it on the base course for alignment and compaction.
3. Curing at room temperature for 24-48h can reach the ideal strength, and the high degree can be reached after 7 days.
4. The reference dosage is 4.00-5.00kg/m2.
matters needing attention
1. The construction environment temperature is 10-30 ℃, which should not be lower than 5 ℃. Raw materials should not be polluted by moisture, rain, sun and sundries.
2. It is not suitable to construct in rainy days or freezing days. If construction must be carried out in winter, necessary anti freezing measures shall be taken.
3. Do not mix too many materials at one time, and use them up within 2-3 hours each time.
Packaging, storage and transportation
1. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place above 0 ℃ to avoid exposure to the sun, rain forest, moisture and freeze. The shelf life of glue solution without opening is 6 months, and that of powder material without opening is 6 months.
2. Project packaging: the packaging specification of glue solution is 10kg ± 0.5kg/barrel, or 50kg ± 0.5kg/barrel; The powder packaging specification is 40kg ± 0.5kg/bag. Retail packaging: 20kg ± 0.5kg/barrel.
