1. Surface treatment
(1) The concrete surface shall be treated to make the bonding surface dry and free of oil, dirt and dust. (2) Polish the concrete bonding surface, remove the 1-2mm surface layer, remove the dust, and clean it with acetone. (3) The surface of the bonded steel plate shall be derusted.
2. Dispensing glue
(1) The filler in the glue is easy to precipitate, but does not affect the strength. It should be stirred evenly before use. (When mixing, components A and B cannot use the same mixing rod). (3) The amount of glue mixed each time should not be too much, generally not more than 5kg.
3. Paste, fix and solidify
(1) Apply evenly mixed glue to the treated concrete and steel plate bonding surface, with thick middle and thin edge, and then bond the steel plate to the predetermined position. (2) After the steel plate is bonded, it should be immediately supported by fixtures, bolts and other tools, and properly pressurized to make the glue just extrude from the edge of the steel plate. (3) The operation time of the glue is 30-45min after mixing the two components of glue A and B at room temperature. (4) When the glue is at 25 ℃, it can be cured within 24h. Remove the pressure fixing facilities, and it can be used under stress after three days. When the temperature is lower than 25 ℃, the curing time should be extended accordingly. (5) The operating temperature is above 5 ℃. If it is lower than 5 ℃, temperature rise measures shall be taken.
Packaging, storage and transportation

Surface treatment; The surface treatment, including the treatment of the joint surface of the reinforcement component and the treatment of the steel plate joint surface, is a key process and should be carried out carefully. 1. For the concrete joint surface, according to the new and old degree, solid degree, dry and wet degree of the component surface
Four cases:
(1) For the bonding surface of very old and dirty concrete components, first use a stiff brush dipped with detergent to brush away the surface oil dirt, then use cold water to wash, and then polish the bonding surface, remove the surface 2~3mm later, until the new surface is completely exposed, and use oil-free compressed air to blow away the powder particles. After treatment, if the surface is seriously uneven, it can be repaired with high resin mortar. (2) If the concrete surface is not very old and dirty, the bonding surface can be polished directly to remove the drying treatment. 1~2mm thick surface, use compressed air to remove dust or clean with water, and wipe the surface with absorbent cotton dipped with acetone after it is completely dry.
(3) For the new concrete joint surface, the loose scum on the surface shall be brushed off with a wire brush first, and then the surface shall be washed with a stiff brush and detergent, or washed with clean water, and it can be dried completely. (4) For concrete members with high humidity or aged within 3 months, the bonding degree of general resin adhesive will be greatly reduced on a wet basis, so in addition to meeting the above requirements, the steel plate bonding surface must also be treated according to the degree of corrosion of the steel plate according to the following two methods:
(1) If the steel plate is not rusted or corroded, sand blasting, emery cloth or flat grinding wheel can be used to grind until metallic luster appears. The greater the grinding roughness, the better. The grinding pattern should be vertical to the force direction of the steel plate as far as possible. Then wipe it with absorbent cotton dipped with acetone. (2) If the steel plate is seriously rusted, it must be soaked in moderate hydrochloric acid for 20 min to make the rust layer fall off, then washed with lime water to neutralize acid ions, and then polished with a flat grinding wheel to form lines.
2、 Uninstall
In order to reduce and eliminate the stress and strain hysteresis of the post sticking steel plate, the components should be unloaded properly before sticking the steel plate.
3、 The adhesive used by our company is divided into A and B components, which must be provisionally configured on site during use. The configuration principle should also be in accordance with the provisions of the product manual. Due to the strong timeliness of the adhesive, it is also necessary to carry out on-site trial preparation before use, make appropriate adjustments according to the local temperature conditions and storage time, and select the optimal ratio of various mechanical indicators. Weigh according to the selected ratio, pour components A and B into clean containers respectively, and mechanically stir in the same direction until the color is completely uniform.
4、 Paste
After the adhesive is prepared, apply it to the prepared concrete surface and the steel plate bonding surface with a spatula at the same time. In order to make the adhesive fully infiltrate, penetrate, diffuse and adhere to the bonding surface, it is advisable to scrape a small amount of adhesive back and forth on the bonding surface several times, and then add it to the required thickness (1~3mm). The middle is thick and the edge is thin, and then stick the steel plate to the predetermined position. If the facade is pasted, a layer of wax glass cloth can be added to prevent flowing. After pasting the steel plate, gently tap the steel plate along the pasting surface with a hammer. If there is no cavity sound, it means that the pasting is dense. Otherwise, the steel plate should be peeled off, repaired, and re pasted.
5、 Curing
The adhesive generally refers to curing at room temperature (20 ℃), removing the fixture or support after 24h, and then using under force after 3 days. If the temperature is lower than 15 ℃, manual heating shall be adopted, generally using infrared heating. There shall be no disturbance to the steel plate during the curing period.
6、 The steel plate reinforced by sticking steel on the outside of the anti-corrosion area shall be subject to anti-corrosion treatment according to the design requirements. When the mortar protective layer is applied externally for corrosion prevention, in order to facilitate the mortar bonding, it can be bonded with the steel plate or wrapped with a layer of steel wire mesh or a layer of pea gravel, and a layer of concrete interface agent can be applied when plastering.
7、 Inspection
At the same time, 5 steel steel tensile shear specimens and 5 steel concrete double shear specimens must be configured under the same conditions to conduct shear strength tests. The design value of shear strength of steel steel bond shall not be lower than the corresponding provisions of this adhesive, and the shear failure of steel concrete must occur on the concrete.
