The pre-stressed pipe grouting agent developed by our company is a composite admixture package integrating high water reduction, micro expansion, anti segregation and reinforcement. When used, it is constructed in proportion of 1:9 (weight ratio) with P · O 42.5 cement.
Product use:
It is widely used for grouting of prestressed pipes of various beams, grouting of equipment foundations, anchor bolts and other components, as well as repairing defects such as shell grouting, concrete looseness, cracks and holes in nuclear power plants.
Product features:
※ Low water binder ratio: water binder ratio is only 0.30 ± 0.01;
※ High fluidity: the outgoing fluidity of the slurry can reach 10-12S, and the fluidity remains within 25S after 60min;
※ Suitable setting time: initial setting ≥ 5h, final setting ≤ 24h;
※ High stability: the 3h free bleeding rate of slurry and the 4h bleeding rate between steel wires are both 0;

Product features:

Construction description:
1. The fabrication of prestressed reinforcement, installation of anchorage devices and clamps, application of prestress, grouting, etc. shall meet the design requirements.
2. It is recommended to add 22%~26% water for mixing prestressed pipe grouting materials. Add 80% - 90% of the actual mixing water into the mixer, start the mixer, evenly add all grouting materials, mix slowly while adding, and then quickly mix for 1 min, add the remaining 10% - 20% water, and continue mixing for 1 min.
3. The duration of grouting material from mixing to pressing into the duct is generally 30-45min, depending on the temperature.
4. The grouting material shall be continuously mixed before use and during grouting.
matters needing attention
● The slurry temperature shall be kept at 5 ℃ - 30 ℃, otherwise measures shall be taken to meet the conditions.
● The grouting material and water for prestressed pipes shall be weighed accurately, and the water shall be added in strict accordance with the determined water cement ratio, and the amount of water added shall not be adjusted at will.

High performance grouting material for prestressed steel cable pipe
Type I is grouting material, which is composed of high-grade cement and a variety of inorganic and agricultural production system materials. It has the characteristics of good fluidity, low bleeding rate, early strength, micro expansion, and full grouting. It can be used for one-time grouting construction. The slurry in the duct is dense without pores, and the prestressed reinforcement is not rusted, and it is firmly bonded with the concrete as a whole. It is applicable to the grouting construction of post tensioned prestressed ducts, as well as the anchoring of equipment foundation, anchor bolts, road nails and other components, and the repair of concrete looseness, holes and other defects.
Type II grouting agent needs to be used together with cement. At the same time, it needs to be trial mixed first, and the mixing amount is 5-10% of the cement amount.
Executive standard: JTG/T F50-2011.
Usage and storage: the rotational speed of the mixer shall not be less than 1000 rpm, and the higher linear speed of the blades shall be limited to 10-20 m/s. Continuous grouting pump is adopted for grouting machine. The smaller graduation value of the pressure gauge shall not be greater than 0.1MPa. Before mixing, the construction equipment must be cleaned without residue. Moisten the equipment, drain the excess water in the equipment, check the filter screen of the mixer, and when the grouting material enters the storage tank from the mixer, it needs to pass through the filter screen, and the blank space of the filter screen is not more than 2 × 2mm.
When preparing for grouting, start the grouting pump to discharge the slurry from the grouting pipe and discharge air, water and slurry. When the fluidity of discharged slurry is consistent with that in the mixing tank, grouting can be started. Generally, the larger pressure of grouting should not exceed 0.6MPa. Grouting shall be carried out until the other end of the pipe is full and discharged, and until the slurry with the same fluidity as specified is discharged from the vent. After the slurry outlet is closed, a stable period of not less than 0.5MPa shall be maintained, which shall not be less than 5min.
After tensioning, grouting must be carried out within 48 hours. The ambient temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃.
It is packed with inner plastic bag and outer composite bag. The net weight of each bag is 25-50kg, and the validity period is three months. It can still be used after passing the inspection beyond the validity period. Main technical parameters:
