1. Glue preparation: now mix the components A and B of the structural steel glue separately, and then mix them evenly according to the ratio of component A: component B=2:1 (weight ratio), and they can be used.
Precautions for glue preparation
(1) When the temperature is low, components A and B should be warmed in a 60-80 ℃ warm water pan (bucket) to reduce their viscosity. (2) Components A and B shall be respectively obtained from containers. First, take 2 components A and put them into the prepared container, and then take 1 component B and put it into the prepared container, stirring evenly.
2. Steel bonding: clean the bonding surface of the bonded steel plate, apply the adhesive evenly in a dry environment, contact, press down and fix the adhesive.
3. Curing: This product is suitable for use in the construction environment below 60 ℃, and the initial setting time is 1.5 hours under normal temperature. It can be fully cured in one day at normal temperature, and can also be cured in negative temperature and humid environment, and the curing time can be appropriately extended.
Key points of construction
Before construction, better formula shall be prepared according to the comprehensive conditions of environment, temperature and process. Grind the concrete surface with diamond pieces until the new sand and stone surface is exposed, and then clean the dust. The oil stain on the steel plate surface shall be removed, and then the surface shall be polished and cleaned. The concrete and steel plate shall be drilled every 500~1000mm, and the steel plate shall be fixed and pressurized with bolts after being glued.

Construction process
① Bonding surface treatment: the concrete surface shall be polished with an angle grinder until the new surface is exposed, and the dust shall be removed; The steel plate shall be grinded and roughened with an angle grinder.
② Preparation of fixed components: different fixing methods shall be selected according to the requirements of processing technology and the pasting conditions of different parts.
③ Glue mixing: First, mix the components A and B evenly, then pour the components A and B into the container according to the weight ratio of 4:1, and use the electric mixer or other bars to mix at a constant speed until the color is consistent. Generally, 6-10kg is appropriate for one glue mixing. ④ Bonding: apply the evenly stirred glue to the surface of the object to be glued. Generally, the glue layer is 2mm thick, and the middle is thick and the two sides are thin. Then carry out bonding and pressurization to make the glue overflow from all sides. After 24 hours, the pressurization and fixation facilities can be unloaded.
⑤ Check the stickies and construction quality, and carry out surface anti-corrosion treatment and other finishing treatment.

Maintenance precautions editing

2. The structural measures of sticking steel shall meet the relevant provisions of Code for Design of Concrete Structure Reinforcement GB50367-2006.
3. Nano anti sediment material is added to the steel glue, but it is a good habit to check whether there is any sediment in the glue in the packaging barrel before each use. If there is any sediment, it can be stirred evenly again with a thin stick.
4. The recommended mixing time should be guaranteed, and the winter construction should be extended for another 3 minutes. A. B. Glue dispensing tools shall not be mixed. The glue that cannot be used up at one time in the packaging barrel shall be tightly covered and sealed for storage.
5. If the average temperature of the construction site for sticking steel glue is lower than 0 ℃, iodine tungsten lamp, electric furnace or water bath can be used to preheat the glue to about 30~50 ℃ before use, and attention should be paid not to let water mix into the barrel. The average temperature of the construction site is lower than - 5 ℃, and it is recommended to heat the steel adhesive bonding part more than 0 ℃ for more than 24 hours.
6. The steel glue glue is completely cured into * * * grade material, but some components of the steel glue glue before curing are * * * * * for * * * and eyes, and it is not easy to remove the steel glue glue after curing, so the construction personnel should pay attention to appropriate labor protection, such as providing necessary safety helmets, work clothes, hand covers, etc. Direct contact of human body with steel glue shall be washed with clean water.
7. The higher the ambient temperature, the shorter the operating time. Estimate the amount of steel glue each time within the applicable period to avoid unnecessary waste.
