Carbon fiber adhesive is a necessary bonding material for carbon fiber reinforcement technology. Its function is to make the carbon fiber cloth and concrete fully bonded, so that they can bear the role of the structure together. The carbon fiber bonding material meets the safety performance standard index of Grade A adhesive for carbon fiber composite adhesive in GB50367-2006.
What are the characteristics of modified epoxy adhesive for carbon cloth?
1. This product has * * * good corrosion resistance and temperature resistance, strong thixotropy, and little construction flow.
2. It has strong permeability and can well penetrate into the concrete surface.
3. The construction shall not be carried out when the operating temperature is above 5 ℃ and the humidity is ≥ 85%. At the same time, the difference between the temperature of the substrate surface and the ambient temperature shall be avoided to prevent the exposure after pasting from affecting the strength.

Construction process
Engineering design → cleaning and polishing the bonded structure surface → coating the bottom surface → primer curing to finger dryness → uneven repair → repair adhesive curing to finger dryness → coating of wetting adhesive → carbon fiber sheet construction → multi-layer bonding after finger dryness → curing → inspection and surface decoration.
Key points of construction
1. Clean the concrete surface with acetone.
2. The bonded surface shall be repaired and leveled, and water stop and diversion treatment shall be carried out in case of water leakage.
3. Prepare adhesive for the bottom layer and apply it. The thickness of the coating shall be determined according to the temperature and the specific conditions of the construction bonding structure. In particular, if the temperature in winter is lower than 5 ℃, necessary temperature rise measures shall be taken for construction.
4. When bonding carbon fiber sheets, first cut the required size according to the technical requirements, generally two meters.
5. The glue solution is generally limited to the amount required for construction within the usable time (about 30min).
6. Pour the glue of components A and B into a clean container according to the ratio of component A: component B=3:1, and mix evenly. If the temperature is high in summer, components A and B can also be used at 4:1. Use a smooth roller to roll repeatedly on the surface of the carbon fiber cloth in the same direction until the glue seeps out of the surface of the fiber cloth to remove bubbles, so that the carbon fiber cloth is fully saturated with glue. The overlapping area of the carbon fiber sheet shall be reserved more than 10cm.
7. For multi-layer pasting, the next layer of carbon fiber cloth shall be pasted after the surface of the upper layer of carbon fiber cloth is dry.
8. During its curing, it shall be protected from rain, wind and sand, and hard objects shall not damage the bonding surface.
9. The curing time shall not be less than 3-7 days, and surface coating shall be carried out as required after curing.
10. Component B is easy to change color during long-term storage, which is normal and does not affect the basic performance and use of the product. 11. In the process of construction, if it is accidentally splashed on * * * or in the eyes, it should be immediately washed with a large amount of water. If it is serious, it should be promptly treated.
Packaging, storage and transportation
1. This product is packed in iron drums: the small package is 12kg 4kg per set, and the large package is 36kg (3 barrels) 12kg (1 barrel) per set.
2. This product is not flammable and explosive, and can be transported by air, * * *, sea and road.
3. This product should be handled with care during storage, transportation, loading and unloading. It should be protected from rain, exposure and inversion.
4. The product has been stored at room temperature for one year, and its performance has no obvious change. If it is tested to be qualified after more than one year, it can still be used.
