1、 Use method and scope

1  Usage: Make the product into slurry, and the recommended ratio is: cement P · O42.5 100kg: flexible agent 100kg: UNF-5 1~1.25kg. The coating layer is 1.5~2mm thick and can be impermeable and waterproof after hardening.
2  Scope of use

Prepare JS waterproof coating

It is used for overall waterproofing of roof, basement, toilet and bathroom, waterproofing of reservoir, dam, swimming pool, pool, channel, tunnel, subway, seepage and leakage resistance of basement foundation, civil air defense works, internal and external walls, waterproofing of curves, irregular structures, complex parts, etc;

Prepare anti-corrosion mortar

Used as anti-corrosion coating for sewers, sewage pipelines, industrial wastewater pipelines, etc;

Prepare repair mortar

2  , Features
(1) The adhesive force between this agent and various matrixes is very strong, and its adhesive strength is about 2~10 times that of ordinary cement mortar. (2) The agent has good elasticity and flexibility for a long time. It can adapt to the expansion and contraction of the base plane and freely change the shape without cracking. (3) Good freeze-thaw resistance, no hollowing defects of coiled materials. (4) The whole waterproof layer is completed in one go, without joints, there will be no hidden danger of leakage from the joints. (5) It can be constructed on the wet base surface without affecting the bonding between the waterproof layer and the base surface. (6) It can be made into various colored waterproof layers for decoration. (7) Cold operation construction, which does not pollute the environment and is harmless to human body, is an environmental protection product. M400  Application of cement flexible agent in repair construction
Some civil buildings, public facilities, roads and bridges and other buildings, due to improper design, construction, raw materials, use and other reasons, often appear pitted surface, hollowing, cracks, leakage and other phenomena. In view of these common phenomena, our institute has successfully developed a repair material M400 cement modifier with simple construction, excellent performance and moderate cost. It is based on acrylic emulsion and compounded with some other auxiliary materials. The data in Table 1 shows that the flexural strength and tensile strength of mortar increase with the increase of M400 cement modifier content. When the content is 25%, the flexural strength and tensile strength of mortar increase by more than 40%.

M400 cement modifier has been successfully applied in many pavement repair and ground waterproof projects. Taking the bridge project of A3 section of Guanliu Road constructed by Yangzhou Water Conservancy Construction Engineering Company as an example, the correct construction method of M400 cement modifier is explained. Due to the design of the project, the thickness of the overlay of the bridge deck is not enough compared with the latter layer, resulting in insufficient bonding of the mortar layer, and many hollowing and shelling, which causes hidden dangers to the project quality. At the request of Party A, Yangzhou Water Conservancy Construction Engineering Company and our institute jointly completed the repair and specific construction of this project. The project has been accepted and delivered for use.

2、 Key links in construction
(1) Whether the original foundation surface is clean or not has a great impact on the construction effect. If there are dust and fine sand residues in the low-lying area of the base course, it will greatly damage the bonding of the repair fluid. For this reason, we generally recommend that operators use high-pressure water pump or air pump to clean the treated original base surface. The test shows that the effect of this method is much better than that of sweeping with mops, brooms, etc.
(2) The roughness of the original base surface also affects the repair effect. The high and low drop is too large, which is easy to cause the repair fluid to accumulate in the low-lying area, and can not effectively bond the new and old base surface layers as a whole, which has a great impact on the bond strength. If the operator is convenient to mix the repair fluid thinly, it is easier to form liquid accumulation in low-lying areas. In case of large height drop difference of the original foundation surface during construction, the height shall be chiseled down first to minimize the height drop; Secondly, the repair fluid should be mixed as thick as possible. During construction, the operator shall use a brush to brush off the repair fluid, so as not to cause the repair fluid to accumulate in low-lying areas. If the original base surface is too smooth, it is not conducive to the bonding between the repair fluid and it. Therefore, in the repair and waterproof construction, especially in the reinforcement, the treatment of the original foundation surface is a factor that has a greater impact on the repair effect in the whole repair construction. The treatment of the original base surface should be: moderately rough, the height drop should not be too large, and those parts that have been empty or are about to fall off should be carefully checked, and these weak links attached to the base surface should be completely removed. Only in this way can the repair and waterproof construction achieve good results.
(3) The thickness of the repair fluid is also a factor affecting the construction effect. However, this problem cannot be generalized. If the base course is relatively dry and the temperature is relatively high, the repair fluid should be mixed thinly in outdoor construction. In addition, the operators should carry out the construction of the second layer in time. On the contrary, the base surface is relatively wet and the temperature is relatively low. When indoor construction is carried out, the repair fluid should be mixed thicker. In short, the thickness of the repair fluid shall meet the requirements of making a thin and uniform repair layer on the base course. When the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the various properties of M400 cement modifier will decline sharply. Generally, construction is not recommended.
(4) The construction interval between the repair layer and the mortar layer should also be properly controlled. If the interval time is too short and the repair fluid has not set, the second layer construction will damage the integrity of the repair layer, and cannot form a base surface, repair layer, mortar layer, which is a whole bonded to the upper and lower layers with the repair layer as the center. As a result, the effect of the repair agent is lost. However, if the interval is too long, the repair fluid has set and hardened, and it has lost the bonding effect with the mortar layer. Therefore, the time interval should be controlled more accurately, and it is generally better to carry out the second layer construction after the repair fluid is no longer flowing.

Acrylate copolymer emulsion cement mortar

Among the commonly used polymer cement mortar, acrylic emulsion mortar, as a new type of surface protection and repair material, has reached the advanced level in China in terms of convenience of construction, universality of application, * * * * * * * * * * * * * * of comprehensive performance (physics, mechanics and durability) and durability of service time.
3. The application of acrylic emulsion mortar in more than ten projects has achieved remarkable technical and economic benefits. Only the three repair projects of Beijing Xizhaitang Reservoir, Chongqing Reservoir and Nanjing Chenguang Machine Factory compared with the proposed scheme, saved 577100 yuan of investment. Indirect economic and social benefits such as shortening construction period, solving technical problems and improving durability have not been calculated yet.
The domestic acrylate copolymer emulsion produced by * * * internal mixing method has reasonable production technology and mature process. There is basically no three wastes pollution in production and use, and the copolymer emulsion products are basically * * * (residual monomer is less than 0.5%). The product is nonflammable, non explosive, non corrosive, and non hazardous. It is safe and convenient during storage, transportation and construction.
